This Mountain range is renowned in the land of Lightning to be one of the most dangerous places to fight. It is full of deep ravines and towering mountains. Except, there is no village. Just a wide canyon for a duel, heavily scarred and flattened by an epic battle. |

Teppeki Kotai stood inside a large, flattened piece of land that showed signs of a heavy battle. He bent down and rubbed his hand on the dirt, feeling the earth and remembering the fight he had at this location. Images flashed of lightning, sharks and lasers. He had a small smile on his lips as he rose to his full height again, his new Kage hat dipped low on his head. A sudden breeze picked up and it swayed the edges of his cloak. Kotai didn't know why he was back here, after all a Kage had his duties and he was technically trespassing, but he felt like he HAD to be here. It was an unnerving felling but he felt he had to return. He had to return to this place where he was so soundly beaten. He had never uttered word of his defeat here and he was perfectly happy to keep it that way. But he wondered if he could actually take on the seductive woman now. With his ninja abilities being more refined then they once were. He decided to do a quick test. He lifted up a pebble, and held it in his hand. It was a small rock, barely the legth of his pinkie, but it would do. He threw it up and caught it, than spun around and threw it down into the ground. The pebble parted the earth easily and kept going through, making a nice even hole. Oh yes, he was ready. He didn't know if the maiden was even coming but, if she did, he would be certain to leave with either her love or her head. He turned back to the sky and dipped his hat. |

Sora was taking her pet bear out for some much needed exercise. The poor thing had been cooped up in her Kage office for long enough. Sora had lead the way out of the village and towards a ravine she was rather fond of. It was the ravine where she had fought with the trespasser from another village. The one that had kicked her laser back towards her. The guy that had made her fall off the side of the cliff. No body knew about that fight apart from herself and the Iron Man as she had taken to calling him. However that fight was the old Sora. Since then she had become a lot stronger and had made some new friends. Not to mention the new hat she adored so much. The bear stopped and growled towards the middle of the area. Sora looked forward to see a man with her back towards her. The man had a large hat dipped over his face. While the breeze licked lightly at the tips of the male's cloak Sora realized that this man wasn't supposed to be here. However as she slowly took in the man's outfit, it dawned on her who had returned to this once great victory of hers. Sora's Iron Man was here, standing in the spot where they had parted ways. The Raikage's mind began wondering until it was snapped back into reality by her companion roaring at the man. |

Kotai almost jumped at the sound of a strange roar behind him but then he rembered that an animal might just mean that it was a companion to a human, maybe even a lady. He turned around relaxed and only let his smile show, he cocked his hat a little bit, making sure that the person had no choice but look at the Kanji embroidedered on his hat. He slowly lifted his head and smiled just that little bit wider. She had returned to him after all. His dazzling lady. He took in every bit of her detail and it matched his mempory exactly. Except for the hat, a kage hat. He wasn't suprised, it took a fine shinobi to take him down, if anything he was excited. He could prove to her how much he could outpower her now. He took a bold step forwards, keeping half an eye on the bear at all times, and let the wind play with his cloak. "So you've returned, my darling." |

Sora was dumbfounded. The man that she had fought in this very spot was here once again. After all of this the man was not only stronger but the Kazekage of all things. Although her bear didn't seem to like the stranger the young animal would have been no match for the strength the man held in his Iron."Kuma. No." Holding her head high Sora attempted to talk to the alluring Iron Man. As the bear ceased it's growling Sora spoke "I have returned. It has been a while since we danced. Many things have changed. Sora nodded to her old opponent making her hat cover her large grin that spread across her face. Images of the battle came back to the Raikage. The embarrassment at falling of the cliff and her pain after the man had electrocuted her with her own Hijutsu. Sora's Iron Man was closer now. After he had taken a few steps towards her the bear stood defensively. Rather then telling of her companion she stepped in front of it. This had lead to the two Kage to be a lot closer then she was comfortable with. A certain shyness kicked in and Sora looked down at the man's feet. |

Kotai was now only a few metres away from his possible opponent. He could see she was looking at his feet due to the angling of her head and it brough an even bigger smile to his face. The shy girl he couldn't stand being embarassed and he knew from experience how deadly her shame could be. Yet he wasn't scared, true, this woman was obviously stronger than what she once was, but so was he. He was confident in his abilities and why shouldn't he be? He poured all of his effort into his chakra control, making it better, faster and stronger. He would win this clash of Kages. However, a single grain of doubt still ran in his mind. True, he now had some limited knowledge of her jutsu, but he still had nothing to counter her last finishing blow. But he shut that thought out, his finisher was better, without a doubt. Kotai stood tall and proud in front of the woman, he had always wanted this day to come. The day he could see his dazzling lady. But he didn't come to smooth talk, he came to prove his worth. He dipped his head even lower and with a smooth gesture, grabbed his Kazekage hat and threw it behind him, making sure it caught the wind and glided down gracefully. Despite his smiling face, he hoped his lady would get the message. |

The breeze allowed the Kazekage's hat to softly glide to a comfortable halt on the ground. Sora looked up towards the man and blushed a little. Her Iron Man looked so calm and collected even though he was clearly wanting to fight. Even after she had defeated him last time the Kazekage of the Iron Sand was shaping up for another battle. His pride and courage sparked a little buzz in the Raikage as her body became restless. "Are you inviting me for another dance?" Sora said to her Iron Man. Taking her own hat the Raikage turned slightly and placed it on her pet's head. "Kuma, Leave this area and don't try to help me." Sora winked at her pet although she did nothing to hide the facial tick from her opponent. Kuma ran to a safe distance before settling in to watch the battle. Taking a few steps back her mind settled into a fighting mentality. Thinking of what little she knew about this man's jutsu she knew that distance was her best option. "Before we begin, I should warn you that if any harm comes to that bear I will not be able to stop what happens to you. Sorry." Uncorking her gourd, Takahashi, Sora prepared herself for an intense fight. |

Kotai politely let the woman finish her speech before she finally prepared herself for battle. For some reason he always thought that this was supposed to be a divine silent battle, where the combatents fought with great ferociety with smiles on their faces. However, this woman had other things in mind. And that's what Kotai loved about her, she was unpredictable. Seeming as how she gave him a rather lengthy talk, Kotai thought he would reply in kind. "Have it your way." Kotai drew Iron Sand from his trusty pole and covered himself in the fine sand. Feeling the familiar coolness from the sand gave him energy and made his blood boil even more. "Satetsu jūryoku hōhō!" Kotai yelled as he immeaditily became lighter and faster. His whole body was covered in the miniscule grains of sand so it looked like his profile looked like he had numerous holes all over his body. Enjoying the new speed he gained, he flew forward, and threw an uppercut to the girl, aiming for a clear knockout. A second before the punch connected, Kotai switched the polarity of the sand on his fists, making the punch as heavy as lead. If the punch connected, his dazzling lady would be seeing more than just stars. |

Sora watched as the man coated himself in his identifying jutsu. As the man yelled he sprang towards the Raikage. At this close distance it was all Sora could do to sway backwards slightly narrowly avoiding the strike. Surprised as the Raikage was she couldn't help but admire the man for his courage. After being defeated last time he still showed no hesitation. Because of the sudden jerking motion her gourd full of water spilled a large amount of it's content onto the ground behind her. While the splash sprayed over a large area the resulting puddles were scattered. Sora let a grin cross her face as she quickly sank into one of the puddles. Being gone in a flash she wanted to test her rival to see if he was worthy of his Kage title. While Sora herself sank away her gourd dropped to the ground. However with it's weight it didn't even look like toppling over. Unless someone knew what her tactic was one might of thought she had retreated to her gourd. Jutsu Used:

Kotai couldn't help but feel a little dissapointed as his punch didn't connect with his opponent. But if someone was to be deemed the Raikage, it would be ludicrus to believe that they would be harmed by a lowly punch. As the heavy force of the punch followed through, Kotai over balanced slightly and as a result he lost sight of his opponent briefly, but it was more than enough for his opponent. Fearing a counter attack from behind, he manipulated his sand and soared into the sky, now a clear 5 metres from the ground. Observing the scene below him, he saw that his opponent had laid down some puddles of water, remembering their last match, he knew how dangerous his opponent was with water, and that if he left anything to chance, it would surely be his undoing. Calling upon more grains of sand, Teppeki Kotai moved his hands in a very smooth and purposeful gesture, bringing in the sand closer to his body. He now willed the sand into large balls of sand, floating around his body. Spreading his hands out wide, the balls began to spin around him, much like an atom until they were almost impossible to see. Kotai smiled, held out his hand and individually pointed at each of the puddles. At the command, balls flew towards their designated target, completley driving themsleves into the water. Kotai considered hitting the abandoned gourd, but deemed that it was too risky. A woman of this calibre might have put some seals or other traps on it, as it was logical to protect something that is the key focus to all of your jutsu. Shifting his focus back to the puddles, Kotai knew that if his woman had gotten hit by even one of his projectiles, she would definitely have more than a broken bone. Spoiler: click to toggle
