Ninjutsu
Technique that utilises chakra and allows the user to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of doing. Unlike Genjutsu its effects are physical rather than mental. When first learning Ninjutsu the user must first perfrom the required hand seals. As they master the ninjutsu art hand seals are not required. Additionally, many ninjutsu can be classified as an elemental techniques, in those cases where a specific element (wind, water, fire, earth, or lightning) is used.

Novice Ninjutsu- Can perform E,D rank level Ninjutsu- No lines required
Perfected Ninjusu- Can perform C,B rank level Ninjusu- 200 lines required/400 lines w/o the rank of Chunin
Mastery Ninjutsu- Can perform A Rank level Ninjutsu- 400 lines required/600 lines w/o the rank of Jounin

Genjutsu
Genjutsu are techniques that manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses. This is often used to create false images or to cause pain from trauma (because the body is led to believe it is in pain); however, there are plenty of other uses depending on the situation. To cancel a Genjutsu that victime must dispell it with a kai or any type of doujutsu, or cause physical harm to themselves.

Novice Genjutsu- Can perform E,D rank level Ninjutsu- No lines required
Perfected Genjutsu- Can perform C,B rank level Ninjusu- 200 lines required/400 lines w/o the rank of Chunin
Mastery Genjutsu- Can perform A Rank level Ninjutsu- 400 lines required/600 lines w/o the rank of Jounin

Taijutsu
Taijutsu is a basic form of techniques that typically does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques.

Novice Taijutsu- Can perform E,D rank level Ninjutsu- No lines required
Perfected Taijutsu- Can perform C,B rank level Ninjusu- 200 lines required/400 lines w/o the rank of Chunin
Mastery Taijutsu- Can perform A Rank level Ninjutsu- 400 lines required/600 lines w/o the rank of Jounin

Nature Manipulation/Affinity
Nature manipulation is an advanced form of chakra control. It entails the moulding and defining of one's chakra into an innate type of chakra nature, altering its properties and characteristics. There are five basic types into which the nature of chakra can be transformed, called the Five Elements Nature Transformations

■Fire natured chakra allows for Fire Release (火遁, Katon), which is strong against Wind but weak against Water.
■Wind natured chakra allows for Wind Release (風遁, Fūton), which is strong against Lightning but weak against Fire.
■Lightning natured chakra allows for Lightning Release (雷遁, Raiton), which is strong against Earth but weak against Wind.
■Earth natured chakra allows for Earth Release (土遁, Doton), which is strong against Water but weak against Lightning.
■Water natured chakra allows for Water Release (水遁, Suiton), which is strong against Fire but weak against Earth.

This means that if an elemental technique is put against another elemental technique of the same level, but of a stronger nature, then the technique with the superior nature will prevail. However, a technique with a weaker nature can overpower a technique with a stronger nature if the former is of a higher level. In order for this to happen the technique of a weaker nature must be at least 1 rank higher than the the techinque of stronger nature. For relationships between chakra natures, there is a principle known as counterbalancing (相殺, Sōsai). This principle states that two techniques of the same nature would cancel each other out if the same amount of chakra was put into them. If two jutsus of the same rank and same nature affinity are used against each other, they will counterbalance each other. However, if one technique was a higher rank, that would prevail of course.

Besides the five basic nature types, there are several more advanced types. By initiating more than one basic chakra nature transformation simultaneously, one can create a completely new nature of chakra with unique properties.

■The Ice element is created by simultaneously combining the Water and Wind natures. This nature allows for the use of Ice Release (氷遁, Hyōton) ninjutsu. Kekkei Genkai Only.
■The Wood element is created by simultaneously combining the Earth and Water natures. This nature allows for the use of Wood Release (木遁, Mokuton) ninjutsu. Kekkei Genkai only.
■The Storm (嵐, Arashi) element is created by simultaneously combining the Lightning and Water natures. This nature allows for the use of Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton) ninjutsu. Kekkei genkai only.
■The Lava (溶岩, Yōgan) elemen is created by simultaneously combining the Fire and Earth natures. This nature allows for the use of Lava Release (熔遁; 溶遁, Yōton). Kekkei Genkai only (exception of the 4 tails)
■The Dust (塵, Chiri) element is created by simultaneously combining the Fire, Earth and Wind natures. This nature allows for the use of Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton) ninjutsu. Kekkei Genkai/Tota only.

Then there’s the jutsu setup if you’re gonna maybe make a personal one or bloodline one (not too many personal ones are accepted so be carefull of your pick, a ripoff of another jutsu ’personalised’ is Not Valid.)

::Japanese Name:: Cost
::English Name::
::Jutsu Skill Needed::
::Description::
::Effect::
::Damage::
::Limit::

E.G.

::Katon Ryuuka No Jutsu:: x1
::Fire Element, Dragon Breath::
::Ninjutsu Skill Needed:: 1000
::Description:: The user makes some seals before inhaling some air and blowing out a huge stream of fire shaped like a dragon to strike his or her opponent down.
::Effect:: Has none
::Damage:: 200
::Limit:: Users Ninjutsu

To explain this jutsu. Where is says ’x1’ means cost as much as damage, so if it does 200 damage, cost from chakra is 200. If it said x1.5, if damage was 200, cost would be 200x1.5 = 300.

Ninjutsu Skill Needed is something I created to make even low level ninjas be able to learn high level moves. So if Ninjutsu Skill Needed says 1000 like above. Means 100 lines needed to learn. BUT, your Ninjutsu skill will lower this, so if you have 600 in your ninjutsu stat. Then it becomes 1000 – 600 = 400. 400/10 = 40 lines needed to learn. Minimum of lines to learn a jutsu Always stays at 30 lines. This allows even genins to learn some Jounin level jutsu but for much more lines.

Effect: On this one it says ’has none’. But several effect can be added to some jutsu, such as Paralysis, Binding effect, freeze, disorient, cripple. And so forth, a list of these and their cost will be listed.

Damage says simple: 200. But Limit says: Users Ninjutsu. This means that this jutsu has the minimum of 200 damage, can’t do less than that. But to keep people from learning too many damage jutsus instead of having some core ones. The damage Limit of a jutsu is limited by users ninjutsu stat. Not all jutsus will be like this, some will be weaker, some stronger.

Jutsu Cost for plain damaging jutsus is Always x1 unless some other effect is added.

Ninjutsu Enhanced Taijutsu

Several jutsus say in effect 'need speed at 3/4 of Taijutsu instead of Ninjutsu to dodge' This means that these jutsus are like for example a jutsu like Chidori, you enhance your palm with Lightning, it's a ninjutsu, but you'll need Taijutsu skill to actually hit the jutsu on the opponent. Several jutsus like that can be found on the site. And when you find one that says 'need speed at 3/4 of Taijutsu instead of Ninjutsu to dodge'.. This simply means that if someone uses it on you, your speed needs to be at least 3/4 of their Taijutsu stat to determine if you can dodge it or not.

Physical Attacks

Everyone knows how to throw a simple punch or a kick, but how hard someone can do so is rated by your Taijutsu. A physical attack can be used twice a post, meaning you can do a punch and kick combo or punch and punch combo. These along with Taijutsu moves are the things you're allowed to use in the END of your post, meaning that you cannot throw a Taijutsu and/or physical attack combo then break back and make seals and use a genjutsu or Ninjutsu.
But to calculate how strong your normal physical attacks are, it's Taijutsu/4. So if you have 600 Taijutsu, each attack can do 800/4 = 200 damage. And cost of doing that would be x0.25 from chakra. so 200 damage = 50 chakra usage.

Blocking Physical Attacks

as said in the stat breakdown under 'Taijutsu' you can only block PA and Taijutsu this way, you cannot physically block ninjutsus, and of course not genjutsus. When blocking a Physical Attack or a Taijutsu. When doing so you take away the incoming damage with your Taijutsu stat. If you have 1000 Taijutsu you can block up to 1000 damage, but only three stages of blocking is allowed, 25% damage blocked, 50% damage blocked and 75% damage blocked. And when doing so, for example you block 75% damage which is the max of blocking, then you have to take 25% of the Taijutsu or PA cost that opponent used from your chakra. To block a PA or Physical attack at all your Speed needs to be at least 1/2 opponents Taijutsu.

Kenjutsu

A basic knowledge for a ninja is how to use projectiles or swing a sword. These can be learned through various skills, from rookie to mastered which show what kind of weapons you can master and how strong you can swing them (will be explained later). But lets say you have a Katana Sword that has '100 damage'. This 100 damage can be added onto your physical attacks, which really is the advantage of swords, then if you have 800 Taijutsu, you swing your sword twice, you do 800/4 = 200 damage. Duplicate that = 400. Then add on the Katana damage x2 = 400 + 100x2 = 600 damage. With no extra cost. Same can be done with Kunai etc. Same rule as physical attacks go here, has to be used at the end of your turn or not at all.
But then there's the Projectiles. Just as melee weapons they have an advantage over normal punches and kicks. Lets say you have the skill to throw 6 shurikens in 1 post (6 at the same time). Lets say each shuriken does 100 damage. 100x6 = 600 damage. But of course there has to be a cost to use these. And that is Projectile Damage/4 from Chakra.

Parrying
Another thing that can be used against physical attacks. As a Damage Taijutsu can be used against another damaging Taijutsu if they both got same damage, both get neutralised. But to use this against Physical attacks it's really simple. Everyone can use 2 physical attacks in one turn, but they can be switched to parrying attacks instead. So aither 2 parries, 2 physical attacks, or one each a turn. But to Parry it's pretty much same as dodging. Your speed needs to be 3/4 of opponents Taijutsu. But only costs 75% chakra of the chakra opponent used to use that physical attack. So if someone uses a Kenjutsu attack of 1500 damage, but uses 300 chakra to use it, you use 225 chakra to parry that physical attack. But the setback is that if you parry twice, you cannot use a physical attack at the end of your turn. Parry once, you can only use one physical attack at the end of your turn.

Fighting Post Summary

Basically what you're allowed to do in 1 turn when it comes to jutsus. At the most 2 Ninjutsu/Genjutsus + 2 Physical attacks. Though the 2 physical attacks can be replaced by a Taijutsu. So one turn can also be 2 ninjutsus + 1 Taijutsu.

Parrying is also stated 'physical attack'. remember that.
