When uploading Poses, keep the following in mind... 1] No Full Black Coloring Refrain from using complete black in your poses since it bleaches out any details and makes the area look like a 'blob' for lack of a better word. If you have 'black' in your character, try using a dark gray instead. It makes the pose look cleaner and a little more pleasant on the eyes, it also helps to add a bit of highlights to bring out the shading that darker colors tend to take away. 2] No Loose Pixels Take care in making sure that you have a nice, clean outline. This includes the inside of the outline where it sometimes goes transparent from removing the backgrounds. Both are easily fixed, just erase the roaming pixels around the pose and outline and/or fill in the small transparent spots. 3] Take Care with Your Coloring Please take your time with coloring your poses. We feel bad in having to reject a pose due to sloppy coloring but, unfortunately, we must. So don't waste our times or yours and make sure that your coloring is presentable. For example, when coloring clothing or accessories... please stay in the lines and make sure that all of the colors are where they should be. 4] No Link, No Pose You MUST submit a link with your pose proving you have permission to use it, even if it is your pose. In which case, you need to submit it to dA or here or wherever... just so long as it is your account and you put your username into the description. Any pose submitted without a link of permission will be rejected on the spot. It is the first thing that is looked for when we review poses. 4] Left & Right You must have a left and right facing pose. Just about any image editor has a 'Flip' opinion that you can use, please use it. If you have a hard time deciding on which way to face the pose because it's in a weird position.. a rule of thump is to look at where the head is pointing. 5] Appropriate Size Please make sure that all your poses are an appropriate size. There is a scale below to help you with making sure you have everything in the right proportions. Pose Size Scale
