Sadly it looks like she's found a lump. As something who's found lumps before on a testicle recently it's terrifying and the first thing you think is cancer...even though it very rarely is fortunately. Reading spoilers Carol does have cancer...hope they aren't killing her off as Lindsey Coulson is too good of an actress to lose - she's fantastic as mother hen and was brilliant in the Billie's death episode.

Must have been a very low dose then. I'm glad I didn't watch it, I might have thrown something at the TV!
Indeed. Mind, nothing can be compared to Tanya's dreadful 'cancer cold'. :OMG:

But if you remember Tanya was trying to hide the cancer from everyone else so pretending to have a cold probably seemed logical to her!

Maybe they need someone to write these storylines?

If only everyone could have Soap cancer eh? Carol was happily walking around Walford with just her pajamas on literally minutes after she came home from her first chemotherapy.
Chemo isn't always too bad at the start. My mum had her first chemo session for BC and my sis and I took her out for afternoon tea at a posh hotel- she was fine, wouldn't have known there was anything wrong. :)

She wasn't at all feeling ill through strong food smells?

Intrigued by the family tree chart. Derek, Bradley and Billy are all dead. Jim's struggling to recover from a major stroke so I imagine if he did have cancer they probably wouldn't operate anyway.

I liked the fact David asked the 'obvious' question. People are often scared to ask the obvious question so the fact it happened on screen may help others to ask.

I agree... but no ones's mentioned poor Jack yet. April and Suzy have been mentioned but nothing about Jack and his kids. It's a pretty big family tree we have.

Carol:- Bianca, Robbie, Sonya, Billie (dead)
Derek:- Alice, Joey
Max:- Lauren, Abi, Oscar, Bradley (dead)
Jack:- Penny, Amy, Richard, James (dead)
April:- Not sure.
Suzy:- Has no children.

And of course Bianca, Robbie and Sonya have kids of their own. Makes your head hurt doesn't it?
