Erela quickly turned to her bag hanging on the hooks that held employee belongings. It was conveniently just out of range of any suspicion of eavesdropping, though she didn't really expect that to help. She pulled out her phone and opened her e-mail, pretending to ignore the office door swinging open. |

The man walked past, thoroughly ignoring Erela. Ms. Hastings was not visible behind the door, likely due to the angle she placed her desk at in the small office room. After a few moments, the door closed, leaving Erela alone. The man strode out of the employee area, glancing about the bar for a few moments in apparent confusion, then took a seat back at the bar, peeking into the pocket he had earlier placed Hemlock's napkin message into and frowning in mild befuddlement. |

Humph. What the hell had all that been about? Her boss didn't want anything to do with some affairs. But something was odd? Someone was being accused of interference... something about caring about people, which Hastings thought was terrible... something about the bar name being boring? No, Erela had lost her grip on that conversation. Figuring it out was beyond her. But that last word, thrall - who used the word thrall in casual conversation? As she thought, Erela wandered back out to her karaoke station and sat slowly. Edited by FuzzyHairedFreak, Jun 20 2013, 05:17 PM.

The heavily tattooed man at the bar waves the bartender over and slides him a note, along with some cash. The bartender glances down at it, takes it, and nods, then walks back and preps a drink, handing both the drink and a note off to a young waitress, who quickly makes her way over to Zeke's table, handing him the drink. "Excuse me, sir? A Mister Davis up at the bar got this for you." |

Hemlock was irritated. Apparently her completely unsubtle methods of attracting attention weren't unsubtle enough for the common rabble. But she had, it seemed, caught the eye of someone else. An attractive, blonde someone else. Attractive blonde... someone elses had, in fact, been a weakness of the human Hemlock, in so far as she could have been said to have weaknesses, and the appeal was not entirely lost on version two point oh. She worked her way over at a casual pace. "You've noticed me?" |

The woman smiled. "Of course. I'm a bit surprised the cowboy over there didn't catch on, but I suppose there are always those who are a bit slow. I gather you were interested in him. Any particular reason?" |

Hemlock smiled back, "Guns, information, information about guns. I don't need all the pieces to put a puzzle together. If there is one to assemble. What's your interest?" |

"Oh, I'm not particularly interested in someone like him. He's a bit too... bland, for my tastes. My professional interests here aren't particularly applicable, but my personal interests-" she looks Hemlock up and down appreciatively, "-might just coincide with yours, if you're up for it." |

Well well well, look at what's developing over there, hmm? Seemed she was not the only lady into ladies who came to this bar. Maybe she could talk them into a ménage a trios? Erela lowered her gaze demurely as she mused, but did not actually take her eyes off of the two of them. |

Hemlock swept her eyes across the bar one last time, "Sure, I could do with some real excitement, it's been a long day and a slow night." |
