I'm just super curious, how do you guys go about making your art look fabulous?

^ U ^ I'm looking at the character biographies and it's cool how we all have different art styles and techniques.

So, how do you do your lineart, if you do it at all? Tablet-less with the pen tool? With a tablet?
How do you color? What pencil/pen/program do you use?
And what's your inspiration for your art style? How did you develop your own style? Do you admire any artists in particular?

---------------

For me, I think I'm still in the process of developing my own style and what fits for me.
Up until like I was 16-ish, I've tried mimicking the style of artists I admired, like Hino Matsuri, Kaori Yuki, etc. and my art was kinda all over the place in terms of style...
THAT IS UNTIL I DISCOVERED PERSONA
Soejima is my idol, haha!
I love the simplicity of his art. After kinda getting a hang of what Persona art is like, I started adding little things to make it my own, like details. I like details.

I've only successfully managed to fully color one picture in photoshop, and that was like summer of last year.
It took me quite a while, since I am tablet-less and have to do everything by hand.
I'm wondering if a tablet would make my life easier, though > x <

It is very much worth getting a tablet.
As of late I've been finding myself feeling limited with lines sometimes. I'm still trying to figure out my style too!
I'M NOT SURE ABOUT FABULOUS THO
THAT'S JUST
