Have you ever been on a diet? If so, was it with a diet club or did you make your own up? How did it turn out? |

I did well when I was on Weight Watches points years ago, but as my mobility has slowed me down, I returned to all my bad habits. |

I was with weight watchers too Emily, but the same thing happened to me. Once I stopped going and became less mobile the pounds rolled back. |
