Very different to what you wanted to be as a child Polish Mama.

So was mine, I always to be a farmers wife and work on the farm, I ended up being a civil servant then fostering children and then working in a Barristers Chambers.

Because I loved books and read all the time I wanted to be a librarian.
I ended up working in an office as a secretary.

I wanted to work with children, as a teacher. I never got to be a second grade school teacher but I taught Sunday School for many years and was a Brownie Girl Scout leader for 8 years, so I guess I did get to do what I wanted to do.

Very interesting answers :clap Only Emily ended up doing what she had always wanted. We all seem to have had interesting jobs though.
