Liver and onions, when I was a child and my mom was cooking it, the smell was wonderfull and I always tried it BUT, it was awful!!! I never had to cook it for my husband, thank goodness, mom would fix it for him.

I ike sauteed onions but I can't make myself eat liver. And I refuse to order esgargot when they are on a restaurant menu. I think of them as fat slugs with butter. |

My grandmother used to cook liver. I couldn't eat any offal, it looks disgusting, even though I know they say liver is good for iron, I couldn't eat it. |
