Phoenix's 3rd Weapon

Weapon Name: Flaming Wings
Weapon Description: Two wings completely made of Phoenix's fire energy. They are of course located on his back, about as tall as Phoenix himself, about one foot from touching the ground. These wings can be summoned and retracted back into his body any time needed. Any time outside of the battle system these allow him to fly for a short period or glide slowly through the air.

1. Attack Name: Boost Jump
Element: Fire
Description: Phoenix's wings sprout out from his back and take a spread out position. With these prepared, he can launch himself high into the air five meters high. He can also choose to perform this at a angle, like jumping backwards or forwards five meters. He can choose wither or not to use his wings to slowly descend to the ground or just fall immediately. This is mostly used as a evasion type move in case he needs to escape a quick ranged attack or avoid a bad close combat situation. This only takes within a range of seconds to perform this with a five turn cooldown.
Damage: None.

2. Attack Name: Wing Shield
Element: Fire
Description: The Wings that he poses can also be used to cover Phoenix, shielding him from incoming attacks. This protects up to Moderate damage and the entire attack that would break it's cover. Only works on character weapons and standard cards. Since his wings are made of flames, any fire element attack sent it's way are decreased by one damage level while water attacks are increased by one. 7 turn cooldown.
Damage: None.

3. Attack Name: Inferno Ring
Element: Fire
Description: Now for his support type attack, Phoenix's wings are able to set a blaze a ring of fire around him. The flames are hot enough to make most wave changed warriors inside the ring want to leap out as quickly as they can or suffer the burns that the fire brings. The radius of the ring with Phoenix being in the middle is 1.5 meters, enough to stop most swords from reaching him. 3 Turn cooldown as well as does not get boosted by any effects.
Damage: Burns Enemy for 5 turns of Pathetic damage (Resets timer each time burned).


Don't exactly have enough any zenny atm to pay for these but since the ideas were flowing, I thought it would be best to post them now and get the approval over with.

Boost Jump: Just specify the distance he travels and it should be fine.

Wing Shield: Bump the cooldown up to 7 turns. The fire/water decrease/increase balance each other out, and any extra drawbacks you'd get from excluding Megas and Gigas would kind of balance out the increased surface area (or what I'd consider a larger-than-normal shield with 2 wings both the size of Phoenix). That leaves the 2 damage levels you've lowered this to, one of which is needed to require no hands.

Inferno Ring: You mention what happens when a burned enemy gets burned again, like if the turn counter resets or stacks (I'd go with the first, since the second is asking for trouble). You also need to add a cooldown to this attack to balance out the damage. This is technically an explosion as far as I can tell, which requires you to have a 3 turn cooldown anyway. Add that and specify the burn effect and you should be fine. I guess this also goes without saying, but this attack wouldn't be able to be boosted, since it's more of an effect than an attack.

All you need to do is increase the shield's cooldown to 7 and you'll be fine by me.
