"That would be correct Cadet Officer Blade. We're having trouble with the virus infestation. We're counting on you to stop it."
"Hmph. Ok I'll take care of it."
Blade was in front of the welcome display screen at the Satella Police HQ. The screen was full of static and was all glitchy. It could only be the work of viruses. And that's what Blade was there for. With no patrols assigned to him at the moment, they had called on him to exterminate the viruses.
Knife load some cards for me will ya?
In a brief neon orange pillar of light, Blade appeared on the wave road above him. Then after that he vanished again before reappearing in the cyber core of the display screen. They were right. There was definitely a virus infestation with the level of noise at the moment.
The area was nice and spacious. He wouldn't need to worry about a lack of space at all. Blade checked the card selection Knife had picked. All nice cards. He would be fine with the selection. Now to wait for those viruses to come at him...

Silence was all that accompanied Blade on the open battlefield. The Cyber Core was empty, including the lack of a Hertz to control the monitor. It was way too suspicious to be normal, and tension seemed to fill the still air of the Wave Space. Something was coming, but Blade would be unable to see what it was, or where it would come from. This may have been Satella's area, but the malicious creatures that roamed the Wave World would soon try to claim it as their own.
In the blink of an eye, midst rolling clouds of EM particles, 4 viruses appeared around Blade. Each had their single ominous eye hidden from him underneath their straw hats as stood, ready to attack. Their swords, each a meter long and sharp enough to split the hairs on Blade's head, were sheathed by their side, a hand resting on the handle of the blade. They waited, looking for an opportune moment to strike against the Wave Warrior that would dare stand in their way.

Blade would soon be faced with four identical viruses. Each holding the same sword. Each wearing the same straw hat. Each with the same desire to attack Blade. Blade smirked. So it would be a battle of swordsmen eh? He could take them.
Blade outstretched his arms. Two identical katanas appeared in each hand. A grey battle mask covered the remainder of his face hiding his wide grin. It was time to protect home turf. Or something like that anyway. But enough of that it's clobbering time time to beat up a bunch of wannabe samurais.
Blade immediately pointed on of his katanas to the closes Musashi and blasted an orb of purple energy at it. Then he dashed at that specific Musashi and then did two quick slashes at it. The first would be and upward vertical slash with the left sword that was immediately followed up with a downward diagonal left slash with his right sword.
Blade was sure to be wary of the other viruses as well. He was convinced his superior swordplay would be able to overcome whatever threat they may throw at him though. He made sure to pull his swords in close to protect against whatever would come next.

The orb was a surprise to the Musashi, unaware that Blade's katana had long range capabilities. It smacked against its body, rag dolling it back a few feet as its straw hat flew off. Its single turquoise eye stared at Blade, although the virus was incapable of reflecting emotion through a glass lens. The Musashi was down, and it wasn't looking good for it.
As Blade rushed, so too did the other Musashis. Both the downward and upward vertical slashes were blocked by a horizontal sword from the two Musashis that were not by his side. Their blades emitted a red glow, boosting their strength past the power of Blade's attack. They wouldn't push back, but would instead hold their position as the 4th Musashi, now behind Blade, would stab at the Wave Warrior's stomach with its sword.

Torso/legs: Youkai wears very basic green armor that is not joined at the joints. The armor is more square than round, giving Youkai a bulkier image and serving more as fancy battle armor than being a useful defense. His black jumpsuit is visible where there is no armor, making Youkai simply look like a battle ready Hira. On his chest is the same yellow diamond that is on his forehead, but is much larger. So it seemed these viruses worked as a pack. Blade chastised himself in his head for forgetting that Musashi's become more powerful when working together. With Musashis 2 and 3 protecting Musashi 1, that left Musashi 4. Which happened to not be anywhere in sight in front.
That left one option. Behind him. But as Blade was turning around, the Musashi would already be stabbing forwards with its own sword. Blade was faster though. He had already reversed his grip on his left katana and pushed the Musashi's sword to the side with his own. A faint scratch would be present on his armor, but it was never penetrated so he would be fine.
Blade was quick to activate two different things now. The first would be his own ability. An orange energy would emanate from Blade and then form a 360 degree shield around him as he was making a 90 degree turn to the right. Simultaneously, he would activate his Brother Card and access one of Daisuke's favorites.
A cube made of metal junk and shrapnel would be summoned in front of him, but it wouldn't last long. All four of his enemies were at most a bit more than one meter away. The closest would be right next to him, so the cube exploded spreading shrapnel in a two meter radius. All of his enemies would be in range and all of them could potentially take fatal hits.
Normally Blade would be susceptible to this attack as well, but instead, his orange barrier shattered leaving him relatively unscathed. Blade smiled triumphantly. He was confident his attack had demolished his opposition.
Four viruses with one card? That's the productivity I'm looking for Dragon!

Ooc: Omega pussed out and begged me to fill in due to circumstances, Omega and Doa were ok with me filling in for mod role. Might be sorta cop out on this wave. But jumping in the middle is weird so w.e.
The Musashi virus that had attempted to stab Blade had his sword knocked aside, so close yet not quite close enough. As it regained its composure though, and before Blade could summon forth the Junk cube, the two Musashi viruses that had previously blocked for their wounded comrade, would now move forward and strike at him while his attention was diverted. They worked in tandum with each other, moving at almost the same time, each slashing at a diagonal angle, that if successful would leave an "x" style cut, the blades almost meeting at the center, but timed well enough to not hinder each other.
Before they could continue any farther sort of attack on blade though, the junk cube appeared, and a split second later detonated, sending shrapnel through that area, piercing all the viruses, all four dropping and scattering into EM waves, but hopefully not with out at least dealing a hit or two against the katana wielding warrior.
But even as the first wave fell, another was already starting to form, waves gathering and mutating. Would blade continue his janitorial work? Or flee for reasons unknown Like he forgot his matching shoes and cant work when not color cooradinated

Blade continued turning around to face the two viruses that were out to hurt him now after summoning his Junk Cube. He had his sword crossed in an x shaped fashion and had just turned in time to avoid the twin slashes. The sudden attack would knock him on his behind, but he would quickly recover by using the momentum to go into a backwards roll and stand up again.
Well that was certainly surprising. Well time to take the next viruses I suppose.
New viruses were forming now. Blade took his stance again. If they were as easy as the last wave, he might enjoy this menial job.

Blade was obviously not afraid of getting his hands dirty with some virus slaying, maybe he even looked forward to it. Regardless of the reason, he would be standing ready as the viruses materialized.
The first two that would materialize would be a dynamic duo, a noise wizard and a mal wizard. They stood two and a half meters away, the Noisewizard swung his energy blade a few times through the air experimentally, where as the Malwizard cracked his whip against the ground. They planned to avenge their fallen friends, as now they wouldn't have enough viruses to play rugby...
Before those two began their assult, the other two viruses that would make up the party appeared behind Blade, two Rhino Hammers. The large viruses shook their heads simultaniously, the large horn waving in the air as they sighted their target. They started moving side to side, in tandum almost, waiting for their chance to smear this guy.
The dynamic duo now though, would take the stage first. The two noted their opponent was wielding swords, so they opted for the alternate attack method. The Noisewizard raised his left arm, a Vulcan gun was attached to it, and drawing a bead on Blade, he quickled fired three rounds at him. It wasn't the strongest attack, but it was more of a distraction anyway. The Malwizard was forming a bomb as the Noisewizard took aim, and when he started firing, the Malwizard hurled the bomb, aiming for the area right in front of where Blade was now.
The two Rhino's didn't want to be left out of the fun now though. They stopped next to each other, and lined up with where Blade was as the first two viruses assult ended. Then pawed the ground and then took off as one large wall of legs, body, and two large horns, aiming to cross the distance, and smash into Blade while he was recovering. While only one could hit, it would be that much more difficult to evade as they took up twice the space now, and a hit from either would be painful to say the least.

As the next wave of viruses showed itself, Blade started planning his next actions. A NoiseWizard and MalWizard had appeared in front of him, both looking at him with their emotionless eyes. He looked over his shoulder to see two RhinoHammers, both prepared to charge at him. This would end up being a difficult fight if he didn't plan it right.
The Wizard duo had attacked first - both using their respective ranged attacks. Blade began running as soon as the NoiseWizard raised its arm though. He chose to run to the left, but as he took off, one bullet nicked him in the shoulder. The MalWizard never had a chance as Blade was sprinting by now.
Blade stopped as he thought he had earned a brief respite. He was dead wrong. As he turned around to check on the RhinoHammers, he saw they were right in front of him and charging. Blade knew there was no chance to avoid the hit. So instead he prepared to trade off strikes.
He rose his swords with his left just over his right shoulder and his right raised high above. He then slashed right before the RhinoHammer would collide with him. His left sword curved up diagonally to the left while his right when straight down diagonally to the left. The RhinoHammer would collide with him directly after he slashed.
The force of the attack had knocked Blade down. It took a second or two before he got back to his feet, panting slightly. That was one nasty hit, but he hoped it had taken his sword slashes as well. He really didn't like that hit though so he decided to hurt the other RhinoHammer before it would become annoying.
He let his left katana dematerialize. A large red bazooka materialized over his shoulder with Blade holding the trigger with his left hand. The weapon would hinder his speed slightly, but that wouldn't matter. He quickly fired a shot at the other RhinoHammer while its back was turned hoping it wouldn't see the strike coming. If the magma blast would collide, it would spread one meter to either side which would threaten to hit the first RhinoHammer if it was next to the second.
Blade held his swords out in front of him again. All of the enemies were in front of him now so he wouldn't have to worry about surprise attacks. Hopefully...

The wizards dynamic duo workman ship was foiled, but they wouldn't be out for long, already they began planning their next moves as Blade dealt with the rhinos.
Speaking of rhinos, the one willingly took the blades, while painful, wasn't enough to deter it as it trucked over him. As the two passed, they each started to distance them selves, trying to turn about while keeping their momentum. This would make to big of a circle though, so they finally skidded to a halt, and turned to face the warrior. The one on Blades right though found a nasty surprise for it when it turned around, a blast of fiery energy slamming into it. This though only fueled the Rhino's rage, and wanted to smash the annoying person.
Mean while, the two wizards were off to Blades right after he sprinted to the left, and started to circle around behind him as he was trucked over, and then shot at the offending viruses. This they hoped would distract him long enough to get a hit in them selves, as they stopped about two meters behind and to his right.
The Noise wizard started forward, moving to its left some to give his buddy a clear shot while he got in range. The Mal wizard lashed out with his whip, hoping Blade wouldn't notice until it was too late. Almost immediately after the whip strike, the Noise wizard would be close enough, and try to slash at Blade, who if all was according to plan, would be stunned by the whips energy, and an easy target.

Blade scanned the environment and noticed that two figures were missing. The dynamic duo... Now where could they be... Turning around, Blade saw the MalWizard crack its whip. But he acted fast enough and activated a card.
An ancient warrior from Mu was summoned in the whip's path. It held up its shield protecting Blade from the incoming attack. The warrior's shield shattered in the process, but it gave Blade the time to react to the NoiseWizard's attack.
He parried its sword with his own and then blasted his bazooka at its face point-blank. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be enough to kill it, but it would definitely piss it off. Blade took the care to stay close by to his Guardian so that they could protect each other. The last thing he wanted was his only ally to end up dead.

The Noisewiz had his sword parried aside, and found himself face to face with a flaming bazooka shell, which was less then pleasent. He retreated a couple meters as he mumbled virus curses under its breath.
The Rhino viruses by this time had lined them selves up again with not only blade, but his newly summoned ally as well. They would converge on the two warriors, each from opposite diagonal angles, charging forward hoping to bowl over the two with their powerful ramming attacks.
The two wizards wouldnt be left out though. Before the Rhinos would close in to far, they would strike again, hopfully distracting them for their allies to catch them unaware until it was to late. The Malwizard lashed out with its whip,this time aimed at the guardian, hoping to stun it long enough to give the rhino an easy target. The noise wizard circled around, trying to slash at Blade again, but off to the side enough to be out of the Rhinos way.

But the viruses would be naive if they thought Blade would succumb to such an attack. The Guardian would be slowly moving walking out of the range of the RhinoHammer's attack. It would simply raise its newly formed shield to avoid the MalWizard's vicious attack and escape the RhinoHammer wrath just in time.
Blade however was much quicker about avoiding his enemies' assault. He wasn't about to be caught in the RhinoHammer's stamped and was quick to start running. Even the NoiseWizard couldn't stop him. He took a quick few seconds to parry its attack off to the side once again and then fire a purple orb from the tip of his sword straight at its chest.
Blade spun around the NoiseWizard - or hopefully what remained of it - and then aimed his bazooka at one of the troublesome RhinoHammers. He lolwarped in front of it and whacked it with his bazooka fired off a fiery round that rocketed towards the virus's backside and would hopefully end up in deletion for that pest.
He stared at the Mal Wizard giving it a long evil stare. Blade and the Guardian were separated now which wasn't good. He didn't want to cross the MalWizard, so for now they would stay separated.

The Noisewizard would meet it's demise by the sudden shot fired from the very sword the blocked his own strike. Blade who had turned to fire at the nearest rhino that had thundered past, managed to land a solid hit on the virus, which skidded to a halt as it burst into flames.
It was now an even match, two on two. Granted viruses tended to hold the disadvantage...but that wouldn't cause these two to give up hope.
The Rhino slowed and swung around in a semi wide circle, lining up with both the Guardian and Blade, hoping this time, as it began it's charge once again, that even if the Guardian moved, it would still have a shot to run down the pesky wave warrior.
The Malwizard decided to try another bomb, as the whip wasn't cutting it. The small explosive formed in his free hand, and with a calculated toss, he tried to arc it just over the guardian statue, so it would hit the ground directly behind it, hoping the explosion would get it in the back.

Blade turned around and saw that the RhinoHammer was about to truck him. Again. Blade dived out of the way being sure to warn his Guardian. He got to his feet as fast as he could and let lose yet another bazooka shell at the backside of the green mammoth.
Meanwhile the Guardian had heeded Blade's call and turned around, away from the MalWizard to walk out of the range of the RhinoHammer. It was surprised to find a bomb in front of it, but it managed to bring its ever-regenerating shield. It took the entirety of the explosion allowing the Guardian to walk out of range once again.
The MalWizard wouldn't get a chance to attack again either (hopefully). Blade had abandoned all of his previous weapons and was now wielding two crimson blades. He was in front of the MalWizard before it could say "omygoshimagonnadie." He began slashing with his swords at an average slashing speed, but since the MalWizard didn't haven anything to protect itself with (to Blade's knowledge), Blade thought it would be an easy kill.
After he finished slashing, he jumped back to rejoin with his Guardian. He had a COME AT ME BRO smug look on his face as he had barely broken a sweat so far.

Some interdimensional warping had throughally confused the Rhino, realizing it had charged at blade not the guardian. Them shenanigans. Regardless though, Blade evaded the charge again, the virus though wouldn't fall as easily to the same dirty trick as his buddy. Hearing the cannon fire again, the virus veered to the side, the shot skimmed by but didn't do more then singe it's skin. It came to a stop as the shot flew past it, wanting to reposition it's self to charge again.
The Malwizard was getting angry that the stupid statue seemed to just not die! But he wouldn't have much time to try to plan a way to kill off the pesky thing, as Blade was on the offense. The Malwiz didn't have an effective means to defend, but Blade also was so close and so focused on his attack, he might have a hard time dealing with what the wizard would do.
The first few cuts landed as the wizard wasn't exactly the fastest, but after the fourth, the remaining ones found only empty air as the virus moved back and continued backing as the rest of the slashes were performed. But as it was backing up, it wouldn't be idle, it lashed out with its whip inbetween slashes from blade, hoping to stop him in his tracks.
The Rhino by now had prepared it's self, and barreled forward after Blade again, it's heavy steps thumping the ground in a rythem of incoming destruction. If the Malwizard did his part, the Virus might just finally get to get revenge for the warrior slaying their friends...

But Blade wasn't going to be paralyzed. No. being paralyzed was for people whose name was not Blade. Blade activated a card as soon the MalWizard was genius enough to move out of his attack range. A satanic monstrosity Lupi Natra would appear to Blade's right and begin singing a horrible tune.
The sound emitted from the virus' mouth would be enough to stop the MalWizard and the RhinoHammer in their tracks. The Guardian began moving slowly towards the MalWizard - its sword poised over its head. It made it there eventually and then slashed across its body with a hefty swing.
Meanwhile, Blade had ran over to the RhinoHammer with his two katanas THAT KEEL and did two diagonal slashes with them at its head to form an x shaped gash if the strike had succeeded. Blade had returned to where the Guardian and Lupi Natra were just as Guardian had slashed. Dem slow allies will be slow.
Blade thought that should be the end of this wave of viruses. Hopefully... Please? DO IT GOD DAMMIT. *cough* Carry on.

The summon would instantly cause the viruses to freeze up, rendering them unable to resist Blade as he did the horrible things to end their lives. Each burst into em waves and scattered in a sudden random.breeze inside the building...that powerful AC...
The viruses were defeated, blade was safe. The area was clear for now, but there could always be more viruses hiding...would he continue trying to flush them out or call it a day?

The Lupi Natra ceased its singing for now. Blade was on a roll. He still had two cards left in his hand and his next custom was fast approaching. It was very likely he could go on for a few more waves. Blade checked on his virus to make sure it hadn't spontaneously combusted it was safe. All good here. With Guardian and Blade both next to it it would be able to live for a while... Hopefully. In any case, Blade awaited what the next round would bring for him.

Blade and his duo of summons remained in silence for a few moments, almost as if the viruses might be afraid of showing them selves to the warrior who had slayed the former groups. Honestly though they were just finished that last episode of seinfield on the retro channel. Viruses liked a good sitcom now and again too...
Now though, their show was done, and it was time to be serious. Em waves gathered in a swirling mass in front of Blades party. Two figured would emerge from this, the first was a small virus that appeared to be on fire, and was hopping around erratically. The other though formed a huge towering virus that resembled a suit of shining armor. In one hand it held a large morning stat like weapon, the spiked ball at the end resting on the floor. The virus easily was nearing twice blades size, and was not afraid to use this to it's advantage.
Overhead, on one of the cross beams supporting the ceiling, two grey hawk like viruses remained perched. They have been watching the fight as the first two waves attempted to best the young fighter, and both saw one specific neusence that should be dealt with if at all possible...
The two birds would take flight now, but down below the action was already happening. The knight lifted it's heavy weapon and gripped it with both hands, moving forward at a steady, determined walk, each step causing the clanking of metal plates to echo through the area. The knight would walk until it was a meter infront of where the small virus was resting, but it would swing its massive weapo. Not at the puny virus, but at the guardian statue to try to smash the obscene thing.
The remaining viruses kept to their respective positions and activity. The flaming virus was still hopping about, whereas the hawks overhead circled the group, silently biding their time...

Description: These viruses are three meters tall and one meter wide, covered in silver armor. The armor is dull with lower levels in this family, and becomes more polished as virus version increases.
