Each combat is taken in turns. Fights are played out on a grid of hexagons and each pilot gets one move action, one utility action, and one attack volley each turn. Which mech moves first is chosen randomly.

When a battle starts the mod will post the pilots that are in the fight at the top of the thread in the order that they are to move. When it is your turn you will have 48 hours to post your move (This may be adjusted in the future) before you forfeit your move.

The battle grid will always be in the first post, and will be updated as the battle goes on. There will be an indicator as to how recently the board has been updated. If three people post quickly in a row, the board may not be updated yet so make sure you check.

Once all mechs have been disabled, destroyed, or have fled there will be a final post by the mod indicating who the victor(s) are and what spoils they receive.

Skills are free actions.

Whether or not your attacks land are based on an attack roll of 2d6 versus your opponent. Modifiers are based on weapons, armor, and skills. If you hit, you will do the amount of damage indicated by the stats on the weapon you hit with. Every weapon in your volley attacks separately against one defense roll.
