Iiiiiit's SHOWTIME!
Posted Image

[tabs][tab=Physical] Beetle Geuse stands at six feet tall and weighs in around a hundred and sixty pounds. He's rather lightweight for his height, and his build alone is modest at best. His skin is exceptionally pale in color, but then, being dead does that to you, I guess, doesn't it? That's right. The Host With The Most is also The Ghost With The Most. Well, more of a Zombie really, but let's not split hairs. The skin over his eye sockets is deeply bruised all the time, giving them a rather frightening blackish purple hue that offsets the pale yellow eyes with bright, blue irises that almost look bleached white. Despite being dead? Those eyes of his are almost always glinting with excitement, and he very seldom wears an expression other than some sort of grin.

His trademark suit is black and white striped and he wears a purple button-down underneath the jacket. The collar button is always left undone, and his black necktie is always hanging loosely and messily from beneath the collar itself. A pair of fancy, if a little outdated (much like the suit itself), black, leather shoes completes the ensemble. His pale blond hair, so pale that it's almost white, is usually swept back, but tends to get wild and messy after he's become excited, which happens often.[/tab][tab=Psychological] Beetle is dead for a reason. He redefines the term 'thrill seeker' and appears to have absolutely -no- grasp of the concept of self preservation. He's always looking for the next big thrill, and usually seeks to satisfy his adrenaline need by maiming and/or killing the mortals around him. Having said that, he isn't a complete sociopath. He -does- have feelings and emotions, and most commonly expresses them towards a select few mortals he deems 'worthy', a status that appears to be mostly based on how well they respond to his particular, and quite macabre, brand of humor. When he deems someone worthy of his affections? He will go to -any- lengths to secure for them what he believes they really want and/or need, whether or not they've asked for it and/or actually want or need it. Attacking someone he's deemed worthy of his friendship is nothing short of signing your own death warrant. Exacting vengeance on those who have slighted him is, notably, the only thing Beetle -ever- seems to take seriously.[/tab][tab=Known Abilities]Beetlejuice is powerless and incapable of even interacting with most mortals, until his first and last name, 'Beetle Geuse', is spoken aloud three consecutive times. The other major problem with this? He can't speak his own name at all, which makes it difficult to instruct others in the method of summoning him. Once his name is spoken thrice, however. In his own immortal words? It's showtime.

Released from his curse, Beetlejuice's powers appear to be nearly infinite. Not only can he shapeshift his entire form, or select parts of his body, he can also bend reality itself around him. The downside? He's limited to the interior of the building he was summoned in. Attempting to leave the area by his own power results in his being whisked away to the infinite Sandworm Deserts, and sufficient to say? The Sandworms have been wanting to take a bite out of his corpse for a very, very long time now. To step into any building haunted by Beetlejuice? Is to surrender yourself to his mercy. And mercy is a word that Beetlejuice often has problems with.

Like other such beings, however, Beetlejuice's power cannot -directly- result in someone's death. He can, for instance, create a trap that will kill you if you set it off, but he cannot, himself, push you into it. He also appears to have no kind of mind reading abilities, however, he -can- possess the bodies of mortals around him and manipulate them, in whole or in part, remotely.[/tab][/tabs]

Badabing Badaboom! boom! boom!

[tabs][tab=Physical]
Hades Olympia is one of the three major 'Players' in the city, and he looks the part. He typically wears a very nice, black suit with a pale blue shirt and a dark gray necktie. In human form, the form that most people see, his hair is shoulder length. It's black at the roots, and fades into blue at the tips. He typically keeps said hair gelled back into a sleek and slick ponytail. He nearly always wears a fedora that matches his suit when out and about, but is happy to leave it on a hat stand when he's in the office or otherwise relaxing.

Hades stands tall and powerful. More than six feet and six inches tall, with the build of a boxing champion, he strikes an intimidating silhouette for sure. And his smirk is nearly always some shade of malevolent in nature, adding to that intimidation factor. Even if you've never heard of Hades Olympia before? It doesn't take long to grasp the impression that he's not exactly the best kind of person to buddy up with.

His true form, however, as depicted above, is much different. His height and build remain the same, but his flesh turns a deathly shade of pale blue, and his hair vanishes, replaced with a rising, blue inferno that grows brighter and more intense with his emotional state. In periods of extreme excitement? Blue flames spread across his entire body, dancing joyously around him, while anger turns the blue flames yellow and red, and makes them rather violent. His teeth, in this form, turn into rows of small, sharp fangs.
[/tab][tab=Psychological]
Hades is perpetually out for number one. His timeless, divine nature has given him a very different perspective than that of a mortal, since time itself means less than nothing to him. He never ages, he never gets sick, and he can't be killed. His 'job' as the Lord of The Underworld has jaded his personality, leaving him to feel as though his Olympian brethren would sooner cast him aside than talk to him on a regular basis, and this mentality has given him a large degree of contempt for his siblings, nieces, and nephews. Most of this contempt is directed at his baby brother Zeus, who assigned him the role as Keeper of The Dead in the first place.

Like the other Olympians, Hades is keenly aware that this city isn't their original home. His former kingdom, the realm named for himself, was a much darker and less lively place. So, unlike his fellow Olympians, most of which are content or moderately happy with their new home? Hades himself is downright ecstatic. His devious and dastardly plots and plans to continually upset his family have now taken a more mortal twist.
[/tab][tab=Known Abilities]
As the god of the underworld, Hades has a large number of powers at his disposal. Like the other Olympians, Hades found his powers to be dwarfed, more than slightly, when they were all transported to this city. Unlike the others, however? Hades has found a way to fuel his powers, elevating their effectiveness in this new place. Hades is a wheeler and dealer, always eager to make a deal with someone to give them what they want in exchange for what he needs to stay on top of the power players in the city: Their soul.

Unbeknownst to the citizens of the city, Hades has re-purposed a section of the water reclamation facility on the outskirts of town, turning one of the water-treatment vats into his own, personal, pool of souls. Anyone who falls victim to one of his deals invariably winds up in the vat, their soul now purposed for fueling his dark powers.

The powers granted to him by the collection of these souls, however, do not directly benefit Hades himself. Rather, he can use them for the purpose of granting things to others, much like a genie. In this respect, the soul vat is something of a perpetual power generator. The more souls it has, the more power he has to grant these 'wishes', and each wish granted, because of his shrewd negotiation prowess, adds more souls to the vat. The souls collected in this manner are added to the Vat when a mortal dies while still under contract with Hades.

His personal array of powers allows him a number of abilities, including short range teleportation, immortality, fire and shadow manipulation, as well as a small degree of reality manipulation, generally used for the purpose of spontaneously creating items of thin air.

Soothing The Savage Beast
Posted Image

[tabs][tab=Physical]
Adam Sauvage stands tall and imposing. Six feet and four inches tall with broad, powerful shoulders, and long, wavy, two-tone brown and blond hair to offset his ocean-like blue eyes? He's a charmer at first glance. He doesn't own a pair of jeans, nor does he have in his possession a t-shirt other than one meant to be worn under a button-down. His style in dress is always high class and high cost garments. Oddly enough, however, 'getting his hands good and dirty' is one of the few things that -doesn't- make him angry.

Like most things in Adam's personal world? He is not, however, all that he seems to be. When the sun sets, the moon calls out to him, and his visage changes to that of a hulking, coarse-furred, horned, clawed, and fanged beast of an unknown nature. Sauvage Manor, located a mile or two outside of the city limits, is surrounded by a thirty-foot stone wall crested with concertina wire for the purpose of containing his late night transformations, and shielding them from view of the public.

In this form, Adam stands nearly eight feet tall and weighs in at around a ton and a half. His arms lengthen to a near-simian proportion, allowing him to walk on his feet and knuckles, his back hunches forward slightly, and his body's muscle mass is nearly tripled, making him virtually unparalleled in terms of raw, physical power when in this form. The thick, coarse, brown fur that covers his body often looks matted and mangy from his nightly attempts at self mutilation when it first begins to show. His fangs are easily recognized as those of a carnivore, and his servants keep a number of large game animals on premises for him to eat while in this form. The twin horns sprouting from his head are almost ram-like, and his voice deepens considerably, taking on a slight rasp to it.
[/tab][tab=Psychological]
As a human man, Adam Sauvage is a man with something to prove. His father's untimely death left him a child among men, both literally and metaphorically. Having learned, the hard way, from his thirteenth year of life that the world of businessmen is a cold and unforgiving place, he, himself, became cold and unforgiving. His inner beast, however, took cold and unforgiving, and added rage to it, conspiring to create a true monster of a man who's reputation is one that has made business life difficult at best.

Underneath the anger and general hatred, however, lies that same innocent thirteen year-old boy. In truth, Adam's mentality is born of loneliness and seclusion. His father was the only one, in his eyes, who truly cared for him at all, and despite his house staff's every attempt to show otherwise, he doesn't believe that he's actually worthy of anyone's friendship or affections.
[/tab][tab=Known Abilities]
By day? Adam is perfectly human in every respect of the word. But as the last traces of sunlight sink beneath the horizon, his body transforms into 'The Beast'. In this form, he's incredibly powerful, incredibly tough, and incredibly fast. While he's still mortal, thicker hide gives him a degree of protection and enhanced muscle mass provide his awesome feats of strength. His claws, horns, and fangs are made of bone, but a far denser bone than most animals, allowing him, when combined with his strength, to make light work of such hard materials as concrete, asphalt, and thin sheets of metal.
