My girlfriend plays these games, and she likes them. I played it, I felt it was too boring to get into. Your thoughts?

Good story and somewhat good game play, except for Dragon Age 1, it's game play made me mad, felt clunky, not much freedom.

Hmm. I enjoyed Dragon Age Origins. Lengthy main quest, story was acceptable, and the combat was fun. Myself and many others felt the second one was too casualized, and ultimately a let-down.

Now Dark Souls on the otherhand...

Haha. Fair enough. It seems like it has a lot more downs than ups, which leads me to believe that I shouldn't play it. I'll leave the gameplaying to my lady for that game. Haha.

I played Dragon Age 2. It was alright, I guess. Not something that I felt the need to go back and play or invest in (it was a friend's game). I felt like they could've done a lot more with it. The only reason why I enjoyed it a considerable amount was because of the feel of customization. Getting to make your own character, pick dialogue options, etc. I'm a sucker for being able to do that kind of thing. But the gameplay felt limited. So yeah, more downs than ups on my end too. Leave it to the lady!

Dragon Age II was brutal and i will never play it again! After leveling your party with only 1 main healer, then that healer randomly dies. It's basically impossible to continue with the game. Atleast on the difficulty I was playing at. DON'T LET YOUR SISTER GO UNDERGROUND!
