I haven't been quickscoping a whole lot, so I am going to let everybody point out some useful tips regarding the matter.

Sensitivity - Anywhere from 5 to 10, depending on your abilities.
Button Layout - Tactical ( Drop Shot QS )

Class Set-Up (Just my preferences)
Primary: L11 / MSR w/ Impact
Secondary: FMG9 Akimbo / MP9 Akimbo (Light and easy as a life saver.
C4 / Flash Bang
PERK 1: Sleight of Hand Pro(Best for quick scoping, but I also use Recon Pro)
PERK 2: Quick Draw Pro
PERK 3: DeadSilence Pro

Kill streaks aren't necessary in a quick scope guide, so this is all I have.

The main thing about quickscoping is your reaction speed, if you can react based on the immediate scope you see, you'll be good. Look into the scope just enough to see where somebody is, and shoot. Some people say it's never okay for a quickscoper to hardscope on occasion, but I call bullshit. A sniper is used to kill at long range, it isn't the easiest of tasks to quickscope somebody from across the map, so do a few hardscopes, make people mad. xD

Tip request by Rumor.

I'd just like to learn because I think it'd be useful for those "in a pinch" situations. And, okay, maybe I think it's a little cool. >__>

It'd probably be an in-game session. Video is pointless without a lesson involved. :P You can't learn without practicing.

I just like to have fun with it, not to be cool, lol. Like to see how much I can pull off and how to survive. I like it around for these reasons. :P

CJ... You have it good. Haha. I some times get 17 deaths while quick scoping. :P You need to give less fucks about your KD so you can perfect the QS Art. :P

I'm not the greatest quickscoper in the world, but I like speed proficiency, on the MSR wuth extended mags, and as far as perks Sleight of hand, Quickdraw, and dead silence or steady aim, A lot of people call using stead aim while quick scoping is noobish, but oh well/ ;D

Steady Aim is probably the best QS(Third Perk) for learners/newbies. Less time worrying about where the cross-hairs will end up. :P

I've tried but I can't stand going negative. Just ruins it.
