I heard this game was pretty much Skyrim, but MUCH more difficult. Your thoughts?

Its fun. Combat is very fluid for a third-person game. There are loads of combos, and the different classes have a lot of variety. The online system is what makes the game stand out though. You make a highly detailed "pawn" which is ultimately your sidekick that follows you throughout the game. When I mean detailed, you can change the name, hair, voice, size of each body part, class, and attributes (one example being medicant, in which they heal more, or utilitarian which they venture out and loot items for you).

Anyways, after you make your pawn it gets uploaded into the "rift". Here, other players can search for the pawns they want and yours might get hired. You can only have your pawn, and can get two hired pawns in your party. Then all the collective knowledge/tips that your pawn collected while someone else used it comes back to your in-game pawn. They can rate your pawn, and give it an item when they send it back. You keep your pawn when others are using it. Thing is, pawns do not level when in other parties. This encourages players to continue to purchase new ones using rift crystals.

I would suggest watching this review.

Wow. I am actually interested in playing this game now. Haha. When I get paid, I might see what I can do. I'm looking for good single player games that are difficult yet entertaining. Based on your input, I think that's exactly what Dragon's Dogma is. ^_^ Thanks Logan.

Actually, there is a demo out for it. Try playing the assassin in it.

The assassin? My brother owns the game, I could just borrow it from him. :P
