THE CHAMP IS HERE
|
Jay Champ opened up the show, stating that 50% of the profit they make in the show will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross to help out the victims of the Fort McMurray wildfire few days ago. This prompted a huge ovation from the sold out crowd until Joseph King and his proteges Bianca Rolando and David Panitz interrupted him. King angered the crowd by saying that people don't care about the wildfire anymore and the only news still making airwaves in Canada is the fact that David Panitz took down the CW Universe champion Bobby Drake at the Montreal house show. Panitz declared that for now on, the Canadian Tour should be called, "The David Panitz's Destruction Tour" and he is officially the main attraction of Canada, which caused the fans to booed. Cole Macbeth's music hit as the Tasmania Devil interrupted them and called out David Panitz. He said that nobody gives a damn about the fact that he cheapshotted the world champion and the score between the two is still tied, demanding that they should settle their rivalry once and for all tonight. Panitz was going to retort, but Bianca spoke for him and said that David doesn't have time to waste on a Australian loser especially not in freaking Grande Prairie, a city she hasnt even heard of. King chimed in that he would rather be in Edmonton or Calgary or even Red Deer than "this dump". MacBeth then decided to challenged King instead, stating that he knew that Joseph King still has a lot left in the tank as seen when he faced Drake at the last house show. King accepted the challenge, only in one condition. If he wins, Cole will never ever bother his protege David Panitz again. Cole reluctantly agreed and Jay made the match official Riley Grace defeated APW alumni Shane Silverstein by hitting the Breaking the Wakes and making Shane tapped out with the High Tides. Riley then cut a promo saying that his crusade to win the world championship hasnt ended and no one(and he does mean no one!) will stop him from achieving his dreams. Fatal Attractions(Lucretia Rain and Alisa McGrath defeated Kathy Spades and former APW Sirens champion Anna Gunn) after Lucretia pinned Kathy with the Rain Storm. After the match, the deadly duo dumped Kathy to the outside before targeting the wounded Anna Gunn. Rain executed the Ashes to Ashes on Anna before she demanded Alisa to put her out, "permanently" in which she does so by breaking Gunn's arm while applying the An Axe to Grind. The fans booed the duo loudly as Kathy returned to the ring with a steel chair in hand and chased them out of the ring before checking up on Anna Gunn Jesse Owusu made a surprise appearance and stated he too donated to the Red Cross. He doesn't talk much about his bitter feud with Shadows, but claimed that Shadows will be punished for putting his hands on his wife and Season Two of CW is when he will get his exact revenge.... Merther defeated the returning Ogre(who we havent seen in months ever since his loss to Wayne Graham) with the Merther, She Wrote. After the match, Juan Guerrero attacked Ogre from behind before staring face to face with Merther. The two bitter monsters surprising didnt kill each other as the light turned dark and when it turned back on Juan disappeared, leaving the Jamaican hoss confused. Brothers in Arms made their debut, cutting a promo that they would simply make the tag-team division great again and there`s no one better than them. They defeated The Ataxia with the Empathy to Miscarry on Bolo. Criss Pallaton defeated Blitz with the victory roll. After the match, Criss stated that he wasn't satisfied with the match and he want to face blitz again, this time for his King of The Cage championship in the next house show. Blitz accepted the challenge but also said that the match will be a Escape Only Steel Cage Match. The two shook hands while glaring at each other Cole MacBeth defeated Joseph King in the main event via disqualification when Bianca Rolando broke up the pin after MacBeth's jawbreaker to King. MacBeth confronted Bianca but before he could even get his hands on her, Panitz attacked him from behind before helping his mentor Joseph King to his feet. The trio started stomping on the downed Cole until Bobby Drake's music hit and the CW Universe champion ran down the ramp to chase them out of the ring. David signaled that he's the next CW Universe champion while Bobby helped Cole to his feet before the two glared at their enemies |
