Greetings all, I'm an all grain home brewer from Stroud. I'm currently brewing in my kitchen with a somewhat cobbled together set up but have plans to set up something more permanent in a shed. I'm brewing as I type, wort is boiling in the copper and bittering hops have gone in so i'll post details of the brew once i've finished it.
