King Peter II of The Kingdom of Yugoslavia
My treasury for Yugoslavia seems a bit... large, in comparison to my GDP? Also, according to my horizon spreadsheet (which I use for most of my historical statistics), the Kingdom of Yugoslavia had a growth rate of 1.58% for the FY1936 going into 1937. My economy is currently shrinking at a rate of 0.67%.

Ok, I revised some of your figures. Should be more realistic. Stats data for GDP growth in the 1936 timeframe was particuarly impossible to find and most of the world was still recovering from the Great Depression so I figured that a lot of nation's would still be in the negative growth territory.
