I believe this is how I am supposed to do it... I'm placing Jenry Mejia on waivers, with the intention of demoting him to paid minors. While I think his lifetime ban will hold, I would like to see how the appeal process goes through. Correct me if I am wrong, but can I retract my waiver if someone places a claim on him? |

You need to list his contract. And no you can not retract. You could move him to paid minors without putting him on waivers but if you place him on waivers and he is claimed you lose him. |

I assume you have retracted since you never included contract. |
