Power Rules; Rules and Guidelines for general powers.

Manipulation/Constructs/ And other Mental Powers
Limited to sight (or what they can smell if the power is fragrance), if they can not see it they can not manipulate it, construct , or effect things with their mental powers. All powers that are not physical are considered Mental Powers.

Manipulators must have the substance that they manipulate in front of them to manipulate it. If they have a power that has additional properties over a base substance their manipulation gives those properties to the substance and it retains those properties after the manipulator stops manipulating it. They can not generate the substances and are also not immune to the effects of their substances.

Like all manipulators, body manipulators (such as heart, tempature, flatulence), manipulators are limited to what they can experience through their cognitive senses. In other words unless a heart manipulator could actually see a person heart, they would only be able to manipulate their own, as with body temperature , if they can't feel the other persons body heat/temperature they would not be able to manipulate it.

Constructors can not make the real objects that they generate with their powers and are limited to an energy construct version of it. That means that if an object has mechanics within it, they can not construct it, though they can manipulate their construct to do the same functions if it is a physical act, (i.e construct user constructs a gun, it can't fire bullets, they can extend or generate bullets with their will they can also manipulate if they choose to.) If an object is constructed it can not be shrunk, but it can be expanded or destroyed via will.

Empowerment
Empowerment abilities gives the user Peak Human Condition when dealing with a small/mild amount of the thing that empowers them (I.E Alcohol empowerment will make the user peak human condition after one or 2 beers, dirt empowerment, their lower legs being dirty, evil empowerment, they are dealing with the malicious intentions of one person like a robber or murderer). When dealing with a moderate amount (alchol empowerment user is drunk, dirt user is covered in a full layer of dirt, evil power is dealing with the malicious intentions of "10 or so people" they gain basic level Supernatural Condition. When dealing with an excess of what empowers them, they gain the advanced level of Supernatural Condition (I.E Alcohol empower user is blackout/shitfaced can't stand, articulate or basically function drunk, dirt empowerment is covered in garbage or several layers of mud, Evil Empowerment is facing or around 50+ evil people)

Generators
Generators are immune to what they generate. How they generate them is up to them, but as they can't shape/manipulate the generation it will always emerge as a cloud or stream of whatever substance it is they generate.

Physiology
Physiology for real things are limited to real things and their mythical counterparts are not included. Due to the nature of physiology the application is necessary to know exactly what one is capable of. If they generate a substance, that their physiological counterpart can generate while in human form they will be effected by it as a normal human would, only by assuming the form of the creature that generates the substance will they go unaffected by it.

Titan Physiology or any Physiology that grants a otherworldly, or godly level of strength along with multiple forms of manipulation are banned.
