The Ministerial House was rather quiet after the earlier visit from the King. He hadn't made personal visits to the Ministers in several weeks, so they were caught quite off guard. Each one of them had, in his absence of activity, operated as mini-Kings, if you will. There was no real check on what they did other than Congress, and Congress was only as powerful as the Ministers allowed it to be since they controlled the upper house.

Even with this ability to do everything and anything they so desired, not every Minister was content. The Honorable Minister of His Majesty's Foreign Affairs, Addison Banks, was plagued with paperwork adjoined with global political instability. His hair had started to gray and he didn't have the time to dye it for public appearance. When he caught wind of the King's arrival earlier, he damn near fainted in disbelief. On one hand he needed the King's wisdom; on the other, he simply didn't want His Majesty to see what a wreck Gilead's front line in diplomacy was. Addison was fortunate enough that the King's visit was cut short with the debacle which happened just one floor beneath his office.

As he thought back on the King's visit and the day's new onslaught of disarray, Addison's personal aide entered the paper littered room. Surprisingly enough, she was without her tablet device, but she did have a sheet of paper in her hand.

Curious, the Minister's brows arched inwards and his body leaned forward in his chair.

"Jeanette, please, make haste with whatever business you have for me."

The young woman's steps hastened just a tad bit.

"Oh? So you don't want me to just throw it in with the others like always?"

A smile appeared on Addison's face, but it promptly gave way to a flat expression as his aide handed him the paper and exited without another word. As the door shut to let the room's cold air accumulate again, he began to read over the paper which he had already noticed was addressed directly to the King, not him. Fear crept into his muscles and he almost turned away from the letter as a result. It took a lot of self-convincing in order for him to finally read over the body of it. Finally reaching the final word, he sighed, "So, Melzae finally wants to talk with us? Could've added us back on Jibber (Facebook) first." He laughed before sending a formal response.

Of course the King was furious to hear that the Minister had scheduled the meeting without first consulting him, but he could only really blame his own absence. Besides, he was impressed how the Minister took action when it was needed. Both the King and his Minister sat upon the internal grand staircase which hosted the palatial entrance. They discussed a few topics, including the unrest in Austiana. Patiently, they awaited the arrival of their guests. Addison was still wondering what his punishment would be. The King was deciding when he would tell him that he wouldn't have one.

"So Gilead has invited us to their Capital?" asked Spiros.

Spiros, Prabhakaran and Ramachandran was in the office of Prabhakaran. After setting up the new economic policy, they wanted to ease tensions with Gilead and Legantus. Ashok Sinha had managed to anger the Western Countries greatly. Prabhakaran wanted to show them that Melzae was stable and will pursue higher economic growth.

"Yes. I told them that we wanted to hold talks with them." said Prabhakaran.

Ramachandran cut in and said, "But why? We are Communist. The west will always look down on us with suspicion. It will never change."

Prabhakaran replied, "You know the sector in which Melzae fares poorly? Its infrastructure. The only way our Economic Policy will work out is if we upgrade our Dawinian Era Infrastructure. For that we need investments and Gilead and their allies will be able to give it to us."

Spiros turned to Prabhakaran and said, "I believe Gilead will be aiming to protect their investments here. For them Melzae means 'a place to invest'. We have to address their concerns in that issue. We will also have to give back Gileadean assets which Sinha took control of."

Prabhakaran replied, "Of course we have to do that. If we return their assets, they will see it as a goodwill gesture from our part."

"But you have to ask them for investments in Infrastructure. That is one of the main reason for this visit." said Spiros.

"What about Gileadean Naval Base in Melzae? The people and the leaders in our party wants Gilead to leave that base. They will not be happy if we let them continue with their plans." said Ramachandran.

"Well I will do something about it. I know that we have to do it. I just hope that it does not interfere in our talks for investment. And also what about Nabil and the others living in Gilead. That issue will surely come up." said Prabhakaran.

"I think that we should allow them to come back and give them some pensions. That ought to make them happy." said Spiros.

"Alright then. I will leave for Gilead immediately." said Prabhakaran.

"Take Lokesh with you. He can help in Economy matters. Also take Mani with you. He will help in the Foreign Affairs matters." said Spiros. "Make me proud, Prabha. Don't forget what all I taught you."

"I'll make you proud Spirosji." said Prabhakaran.
The MAF Akash Stampam landed smoothly in The Gileadean Airport
in their capital Heavengate in Cielo. As Prabhakaran, his new Economic Adviser Lokesh and Foreign Secretary Mani descended down the stairs, they were met with a harsh Gileadean Welcome. People started shouting, "Go back Commies.", "Free Melzae!", etc.

"This is exactly what I imagined." said Prabhakaran.

"We are no longer Gileadean people's best friend. Thanks to all the instability in Melzae." said Mani.

"Well let me try to change that." said Prabhakaran. Being a passionate speaker, he hoped that he could erase all bad names on Melzae.

He walked up to the podium and said, "Brothers and Sisters of Gilead. My name is Prabhakaran and I am the new leader of Melzae." The crowd started booing after Prabhakaran finished his line. Lokesh turned to Mani and said, "This isn't going well."

Prabhakaran continued, "Melzae is an ancient civilization where mankind found peace a long time ago. From our land we taught the rest of the world to count. We taught them Yoga and spirituality. We were the center of trade. We kept quiet when our riches were plundered by foreigners. But even after all that, Melzae remained prosperous. Colonization had a very bad effect on us. From an Economic Superpower, we were reduced to a Third World country. We suffered under the iron rule of Dawinia for two centuries. During that times, there was one friend for us. One nation who actively asked Dawinia for our independence. It was your nation Gilead." The crowd stopped booing. They started thinking, 'Maybe this man is different.'

"Even after independence, we tried to maintain stability in the region. We actively negotiated peace between nations. We lived according to our ancient Melzaean Values. During all that times, we had Gilead with us. Gilead helped us in emerging from the colonial past. You worked with us in creating a better life for Melzaean citizens. Your nation helped us in boosting our economy. Your nation lifted us in the international community." The crowd were listening quietly.

"Then we had our issues. Verskana started having friendly relation with us. We started buying weapons from Verskana. This made your leaders angry. Then a madman called Ashok Sinha took control of our nation. He killed more than 300 million Dravidians. He made Melzae an international pariah. Gilead started looking at us with immense distrust. Then we took control of Melzae."

"It's true that we are different from you. And because of that we can understand when you boo us. But let me remind you that Gilead is still an important friend. We have our differences. Yes, Melzae is completely different from you. But Friction causes Fire. Gilead lifts up Melzae, and Melzae lifts up Gilead. We are indispensable partners of 21st Century. Regardless of which kind of Government rules Melzae, Gilead will always be an elder brother to Melzae. Let me assure you that Gilead lives in our souls as a Homeland, as people who share our emotions, our feelings of mutual respect and constant friendship. Long live our Friendship!" The crowd broke into cheers and applause. Yes, this man is different from the other mad man.

Prabhakaran left the stage and got into his state car along with Mani and Lokesh. "Take us to The Palace of Majesty." said Prabhakaran.
While going through the streets of Heavengate, Lokesh looked amazed. He was always a fan of Capitalism and he saw at the wonders it has done in Heavengate. He thought, "If there is heaven on earth, it should be here."

Prabhakaran had mixed feelings. Although he was impressed about the well planned and beautiful city, he wasn't happy about how wealth was accumulated in few hands. This was essentially why he hated Capitalism.

They soon reached The Palace of Majesty. Prabhakaran left his car along with Lokesh and Mani. He walked up to King Gregorius and gave him a formal Namaste. "It's finally nice to meet you, Your Majesty."

King Gregorius and Minister Banks were still sitting on the staircase when the Chief of Royal Staff came in at a rushed walking speed, tablet in hand.

"Your Majesty, Your Honorable Self," the man said, almost tripping over each word, "Just turn the screen on and you'll see the breaking news. I must get back to the Ministerial House for some low ranking meeting with lobbyists."

With that, the man was on his way out the side entrance of the palace, away from the media which was allowed to set up minuscule sets for their coverage of the Melzaean's entrance.

Gregorius and his minister had dull expressions while watching the mini-speech followed by light chuckles then quiet sighs. It wasn't long before the Melzaean delegation arrived though, and Elitist Guards were on full alert. They remembered what Communists did in New Vasconia and they were not about to allow that. As they were alerted of the delegation's arrival, the King and Minister made the small trip to the palatial front doors and opened them to get the show started.

At almost the same moment as the guards opened the doors, the delegation began to exit its vehicles.

After Prabhakaran gave his namaste, the King gave a cordial lowering of the head to show his respect.

"And you as well, General Secretary. Please, you and your delegation should follow me to the Grand Hall of Warrick. There we may enjoy the sun and privacy as we discuss the progression of our countries' now strained relationship."
