Challenge 02: Let's Go on a Quest! Part One: Greetings players, I am the great sorcerer Merlin. Before we can begin this challenge there's a little something we need you to do. King Arthur is asking each tribe to choose which among you is the most trustworthy as he has a special task for them. This decision must be posted publicly in this thread. You have until the challenge begins to choose. Part Two: Welcome to the Round Table. There has been word that the Holy Grail has been spotted nearby. King Arthur has sent his knights out, but he needs our help. At the beginning of each hour (after 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, etc.), you must be the first person to post in this thread. This will be judged by timestamps. If you are the first person to post, your tribe gets a point. The first tribe to reach {12 points} wins and will not be visiting tribal council. It doesn't matter how much the other tribe has, both of your tribes could be tied at 11 points whichever tribe hits 12 first wins. This wouldn't be a quest for the holy grail without a few obstacles now would it? You see, {Player} and {Player} whom you have chosen as most trustworthy are currently holding an artifact of sorts. These items have a special power, which will be revealed after the challenge ends. How is this important you wonder? If you are the first person to post at the beginning of each hour, you may steal your tribe's artifact instead of scoring points. Artifacts may be stolen an unlimited amount of times. Whoever, on each tribe, holds it at the end of the challenge gets to keep it. What will you choose, personal gain and glory, or tribal gain? We shall see! There will be a ten minute question period, following that the first hour shall start. Each new hour starts at xx:00. You have 24 hours. |

Challenge 07: That's the show with {blank} in it, right? Hey Mergies. How's it hangin? While your two ambassadors are off doing ambassadorial things, we're going to have a little challenge. I kinda really like scavenger hunts, so I figure why don't we do one here? But of course what's the fun with just a straightforward one, right? None at all! Here's how it works. When you are ready to begin, start a challenge thread in your confessional and alert one of us mods that you're ready to start. You'll be given a list with 50 items on it. What you are going to be doing is finding a picture of this item and posting it in your challenge thread. You can do it all at once, or one at a time, that's up to you. Just make sure we know which item is which. Miscellaneous items must be shown in a scene from a TV show. You will have 10 minutes in which to find as many of these items as possible, from the moment we post the list til we tell you to stop. You will be awarded points based on categories of items: Characters/creatures are worth 2 points, modes of transportation are worth 3, miscellaneous items are worth 1. The player who gains the most points wins immunity. Tiebreaker Procedure You have 24 hours in which to finish this challenge. Here is your item list. Show names in parentheses are to aid you in your search and to make sure the correct item is given. Items Modes of Transportation TARDIS(Doctor Who) Serenity(Firefly) Green Hearse(Six Feet Under) Babylon 5 Station UFO Subway Train Chevy Impala Trolley(Mr. Roger's Neighborhood) Motorcycle Characters/Creatures Backpack(Dora the Explorer) Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper(Blue's Clues) Cylons(Battlestar Galactica) The Sun(Teletubbies) Darwin the Dolphin(Seaquest DSV) Elmo(Sesame Street) Baby Bop(Barney) Crow Miscellaneous Items Phaser(Star Trek) Pineapple Cigarette Chainsaw Croquet Mallet Boomerang Stake(Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Blue Leisure Suit(Freaks and Geeks) The Iron Throne(Game of Thrones) Lacrosse Net Apple Sheriff Hat Tesla(Warehouse 13, item not the guy himself) Stuffed Hippo Pokeball Crown Jewels(As seen in Sherlock) Excalibur Elements of Harmony(My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) TNT(Looney Toons) Mousetrap Comic Book Bar Booth or Bar Stool Orange Hoodie(South Park) Screwdriver S.H.I.E.L.D. {Challenge 06: Temptation Vault} {Important: You must not discuss this challenge AT ALL with anybody, either publicly or privately.} Hey guys, welcome to Warehouse 13. I'm Claudia Donovan. In front of you I'm sure you've noticed this list of items Archie wants us to locate around the place. And I'm sure you're all a little tempted to use them for your own purposes right? Well between you and I, that's exactly what we're going to do. Each of these items could help you in the game, help your allies, hinder your enemies, or ultimately do nothing. Some things you'll know about them right away, others you'll have to wait to see once you win them. Each item has a certain amount of points attached to them. Here's how this is gonna work. Each of these items is in either a sealed vault, or crate. You can try to open as many of these as you like. But each vault you open will cost you the amount of points it's labeled with. If you're the only person to try for the vault, congrats, item is yours. However, if you aren't the only person going for the vault, then no one gets the item but points are still deducted. Note that you have an unlimited number of points to spend; if you like, you can open every single vault, but doing that will severely affect your tribe's chances of winning this challenge. "But how is this a tribe immunity challenge?" you cry. Good question. We will total the amount of points spent by the players on each tribe. The tribe that spends less points overall will win immunity. You have {24 hours} to submit in your confessional. {Items:} The Pearl of Wisdom 5 points - Privileged game information M. C. Escher's Vault - 5 points - Vote nullifier Anne Bonney's Cutlass - 5 points - Challenge advantage George Reeve's Eyeglasses - 5 points - Vote Reveal Dorian Gray's Portrait - 10 points - Future Double Vote Freezing Snowglobe - 10 points - Individual Immunity from TC 5 Harriet Tubman's Thimble - 10 points - Losing Tribe Visit Francesco Borgia's Dagger - 15 points - Vote Doubler Groucho Marx's Honorary Oscar - 15 points - Immunity Necklace Alessandro Volta's Labcoat - 15 points - TC Method Changer Alice's Looking Glass - 15 points - Tree Stump Chameleon Mine - 25 points - Unknown voting power Edgar Allan Poe's Notebook and Pen - 30 points - Double Immunity Necklace Elizabeth Bathory's Bathtub - 30 points - Unknown FTC power Baylor Dodgeball - 35 points - Immunity Idol Implosion Grenade - 35 points - Exploding Immunity Idol Sylvia Plath's Typewriter - 40 points - Mystery Item Tiebreaker Note: Some of these descriptions are vague. This is intentional. You will receive more details if you win an item. The items that you win will be privately announced only to you EXCEPT for the Freezing Snowglobe and Harriet Tubman's Thimble.

{Challenge 05: Playing at War} Part One: Welcome to the Night's Watch, I'm Commander Jeor Mormont. Before you lot can take the black and be considered one of us, you have to do a little bit of training first. We'll going to have a little game of it. You're already nicely divided up into two tribes. Each tribe will pick one player to be their king. The rest of you will be either pawns or soldiers. Choose as close to an equal amount of both as possible. Do this in your tribe forums, otherwise the other tribe is just gonna kill your king and end of this little game. And that's really boring. Once you've made this decision the game can commence. Part Two: Got your armies? Here's what you need to know. Your king has 7 HP. He can donate 1 HP to another member to give them 1 HP, or attack for 1 HP of damage. Your pawns have 5 HP. They can donate 1 HP, or they can attack for 1 HP of damage. If pawns donate blood to a soldier, the soldier gains 2 HP rather than 1. Your soldiers have 4 HP. They can donate 1 HP, or they can attack for 2 HP of damage. Your goal is to kill the other tribes' king while not letting your king die. We will not inform you of what player on the other team has what role, nor how much HP they have left. The HP of your tribe will be kept updated in your tribal forum. Player deaths will be announced, and we will call the game when the King dies. Actions are resolved by the time of your submission. Game progresses in rounds. Each round is at most 8 hours. You submit individually in your confessional, with the understanding that if all actions are in, the round will be resolved early. Your selfish efforts have earned this sign. Know that when you come as nine, If you place high on an innocent chore, The final four's decision will be entirely yours. i know i said i'd do something with a symbol but i just suck at photoshop we can title the survey 'innocent chore' or something |
