Myself, Luna, Snape, Tonks, Lupin, and George. Myrtle, you had better not lose Fenrir on me. So me and Luna are the only ones who are alone, but maybe George might ally because we were in the same class? Who knows. Well, time to work. Edited by Madame Hooch, Jun 8 2014, 09:24:32 PM.

So, how are those edgics coming along? With two of the first three people I think of when I think about edgic creation being mods I doubt that the spectators have their own, that's not stopping the mods from making an official one! |

For the record, I have no clue what that said, though I assume it means the answer to my question in 28 is no. Also, another thing that was in my recent Tonks messages was about how if we kept winning challenges, then Lupin would be able to get a higher placing without even logging in, and the fact that final placing other than first literally means nothing, and I was trying to think of a system that could judge actual rankings in order of how well everyone played. This was the result:
Though mostly I was just fishing for a conversation topic, this actually might be something that I could organize if there's enough interest. Someone reading this postgame: remind me about this. |

Really? Ugh, I don't want to do this. Can we throw this and vote out Lupin again? |

Like, can I call a conscientious objector to this challenge? |

![]() I'm back from my break, darlings, and it's time for your next interview! I hope I haven't missed too many scoops over the past few days, but I trust you to catch me up on all your scandalous endeavors. Q1: Which is more important now: getting out threats or winning challenges? Q2: Do you think your relationships with your current tribe are stronger than the ones with your original tribe? Q3: If your tribe went to EC, would you feel in danger? Q4: If your tribe went on a losing streak and got down to 2 players, who would those players be, and in what order would the others be voted off in? Q5: Now that you're getting to a point where you can buy better spells, do you see money having more of an impact? |

1: Challenges. I really don't want to deal with EC's right now. 2: I have absolutely no clue, and I don't plan on making that decision if I don't have to. We'll see how things go, and I'll do whatever's better for me in the long run. 3: Maybe? I have been really distant the past few days. From my POV though, I think the biggest problem is that I'm in an alliance with Luna, and I agreed to work with George, and they both want the other one voted out. Something about their most recent PMs tells me that they aren't actually going to vote me though. Tonks and Snape I have no clue about. 4: There's a maximum of one more EC in these tribes, so I don't feel as if I need to answer that. Though the answer is probably Tonks and Luna, order being George, me, Snape. 5: That takes effort to think about and I don't feel like it right now. |

Actually, I think what started my downward spiral this time was this PM from George.George is almost definitely the next boot if it hasn't since changed to me, but I wouldn't have even said that I was going to work with him if I didn't mean it at the time. The thing is he offered a lot sooner than I expected, and since I had only interacted with him I had assumed that he was one of the more talkative players. Since then though I appear to have been proven wrong, and now I'm just stuck feeling awful no matter what I do. Even if that was only the start of a string of things mostly completely unrelated to this game, it was still the first thing before I just starting feeling kind of depressed. Maybe I really shouldn't do this, and not just because it takes more effort than I'd like to spend. What the hell am I doing here. I don't belong here. Oh well, that's for postgame. I'm here now, and I'm not going to give up until I'm voted out. |

I feel like responding to George in part by saying that Tonks is talking my ears off, because having no ambition is the last thing I'd think about her. Problems with that: He might take offense since one of his ears is actually already off. That might key him in to the fact that he's on the outside. Though the fact that I still haven't responded to him for at least two full days now probably already did that... |

Note to self: Don't ask a question and then go play Fire Emblem for the next two hours. Something interesting might happen. And Fire Emblem is addicting. |

Going back to question two from the most recent confessional questions, my answer is now Hogwarts. Myrtle, what are you doing? |

I'm not sure I want to ally with Myrtle any more if this keeps up. I told George that by PM, because if he survives this phase, something tells me that he'll stay loyal to me. If he doesn't then he can try to mention that to Seamus in the dead thread. This could go horribly wrong if he either posts that in the class, because there's no way it's not getting to Myrtle then, or if he does end up not being loyal to me in the long run. I did specifically say not to post any of it in the class, so hopefully he listens. |

I know that I'm not supposed to be making decisions based off of who people are, but this is reminding me so much of all of Mhork's recent blow ups that I can't take it seriously at all. Heck, even if it isn't Mhork this time, I should still probably be paying just as little attention to it. What I will do though, is give this synopsis of Durmstrang over to Luna and Tonks. Just to be clear, I'm not lying when I say that I wasn't going into this intending on allying with the Gryffindor. Luna is still the person on the tribe I most want to ally with due to Tonks's incredible wordiness despite the fact that I still have no clue where she stands, the fact that I can't keep a straight conversation going with Snape, and the fact that there's no way I'd be able to save George if we went to EC again. This whole debacle is making me want to try a lot more though, if only not to just prove the whole Ravenclaw/Gryffindor alliance. If I knew Myrtle was going to be this serious about it then I might have shut Luna out on purpose, because this does not seem like it's going to end well. |
