Sorry about my outburst earlier guys. It had nothing to do with you. I have really low confidence in my play at the moment, so the questioning completely crumbled the flimsy facade I had managed to produce.

I am thinking more clearly now though, and have reached a decision on what I'm going to do.

I'm pretty sure Neville and Myrtle have been a thing for a while longer than they have indicated to me. Myrtle is way too keen on Neville for someone who only just got an alliance offer that was preceded by me telling her, so while I will obviously still strive to develop good relations with both of them, I am cautious about siding with them long-term, especially with Myrtle going against her Ravenclaw-Gryffindor alliance offer.

I need players I can trust, and I think I can trust Fenrir and Voldemort. If I can, then saving Voldemort is a possibility as long as I can get Fenrir to trust me over Myrtle/Neville/Seamus. I think my position in not wanting to vote off Voldemort is understandable enough that it shouldn't hinder relations with Myrtle too much as long as I'm careful, and it's possible that if Fenrir/me/Voldy are solidly against voting off Voldemort, it would be too much effort for Myrtle to side against us and not vote for Seamus.

There's also the fact that voting off Voldemort cuts my power in the tribe by quite a lot and I don't want to keep Seamus around if I can help it.

It's possible that I'm mistaken about Fenrir and that he's just hiding to the extreme the fact that he doesn't like Voldemort. So, I'll have to make sure my actions are still decent with this scenario in mind.

Mission 1: Send Fenrir a very risky PM in an attempt to win his heart.

Complete.

I'm relying on so many things:

-That Fenrir is a good survivor player (I do wonder what's up with other people not talking to him much, but he's shown very smart thought processes so far)
-That Fenrir and Myrtle aren't super tight. (Definitely a possibility, but hopefully Fenrir realizes I've opened up to him completely in that case and that I'm still with them)

Actually that's not so bad when I think about it, but why do I still feel like things could go so terribly terribly wrong???

Yeah. That's why I'm so confused by You-Know-Who's current game talk. It's like he's trying to alienate allies before it's even an issue. It's also making me more than a little uncomfortable. Has he been talking to you about who he wants to vote off?

Don't be hating on my man, biatch.

~~

I am enjoying this way too much.

Ok, I feel better now. Fenrir has assured me that Seamus will be the target if we have an EC, and Myrtle is obviously trying very hard to work out how attached I am to Voldemort and seems willing to wait until merge before disposing of him. Despite agreeing to this, I am relying on the fact that merge will not be a walk in the park for Myrtle and that we'll actually need Voldemort's pretty guaranteed vote, which to be honest is not very unlikely.

In the meantime, Neville is giving me some info about Hufflepuff, so I've given him a little about of actual non-vague info about Gryffindor in return. I do not trust that he's closer to me than to Myrtle, but I do trust that he actually wants to work with me, so we'll see what happens.

Seamus is also managing the feat of being consistently annoying. It's like he's been required by the mods to insult Voldemort in every PM he sends me. The others are more tactful. :P

Why is no one else in love with Fenrir?

He is the most amazing thing ever (after Voldemort).

Is Voldemort even more amazing than any of your old Gryffindor allies?

Is there anything else to get out of anyone's confessional? It's a controlled viewfinder into someone's spiral into the mental blender that is Survivor. :D

I'm sure others blend more smoothly than I do though! :)

Seamus

Well yeah, but actively pushing for some to be eliminated when we haven't even hit EC yet is beyond strange. Plus it looks shady especially if they happen to lose the challenge or something like that. It's really only off putting because he seems to genuinely have no interest in me and the only PMs I get are vague.

He's just being really paranoid for some reason in a way that's off putting. No one I've talked to has been able to actually hold a conversation of substance with him...

Trying to convince me that I don't like Voldemort... Too cute.

I'm tempted to put an end to our passive-aggressive dance. Hmmmmm.
