Sorry about my outburst earlier guys. It had nothing to do with you. I have really low confidence in my play at the moment, so the questioning completely crumbled the flimsy facade I had managed to produce.

I am thinking more clearly now though, and have reached a decision on what I'm going to do.

I'm pretty sure Neville and Myrtle have been a thing for a while longer than they have indicated to me. Myrtle is way too keen on Neville for someone who only just got an alliance offer that was preceded by me telling her, so while I will obviously still strive to develop good relations with both of them, I am cautious about siding with them long-term, especially with Myrtle going against her Ravenclaw-Gryffindor alliance offer.

I need players I can trust, and I think I can trust Fenrir and Voldemort. If I can, then saving Voldemort is a possibility as long as I can get Fenrir to trust me over Myrtle/Neville/Seamus. I think my position in not wanting to vote off Voldemort is understandable enough that it shouldn't hinder relations with Myrtle too much as long as I'm careful, and it's possible that if Fenrir/me/Voldy are solidly against voting off Voldemort, it would be too much effort for Myrtle to side against us and not vote for Seamus.

There's also the fact that voting off Voldemort cuts my power in the tribe by quite a lot and I don't want to keep Seamus around if I can help it.

It's possible that I'm mistaken about Fenrir and that he's just hiding to the extreme the fact that he doesn't like Voldemort. So, I'll have to make sure my actions are still decent with this scenario in mind.

But how honest do I be? That is the question...

Hahahaha I really gave it to him.

He's going to hate me now, but it was so worth it.

This really takes me back to merrier days.

All I am here is a slightly more talkative version.

You all must think I'm a total nutcase. :P
I enjoy your confessional a lot :)

What did you tell Seamus?

Seamus, I get that you don't like Voldemort. I totally understand it, as I didn't like him at first either. The problem is that I do like him now and as shady as you think he is I'm not going to agree. I'm going to be completely blunt here, and say what I think.

If you want to vote him out, just tell me so. I'm going to say now that I won't be joining you in that endeavor, as I like Voldemort, but I won't hold it against you. Also, in the interest of saving both of us time here, I'll say that your efforts to tell me how bad Voldemort is are probably going to be wasted. There's nothing shady about thinking about who you'd want to vote out if we had to go to EC, because let's face it, as much as we may pretend otherwise, we all do it. What's more shady is spending every PM insulting Voldemort while pretending that pushing for someone to be eliminated is some big, bad thing. I also am not surprised that Voldemort has no interest in you given the PMs you've been sending me about him.

I'm sorry to be so blunt, but this is honestly what I think. I like you Seamus, so I really don't want to continue this passive-aggressive dance that we seem to have begun. I like Voldemort, you don't. I think we've established that. Let's move on.

Thanks for the congratulations, and I'm sorry that you didn't get to participate in the challenge. I felt bad enough when I couldn't make it, but there's something worse about being around but still not getting to take part I think.

I also think it's a real shame that Lupin flaked. Although it probably makes things easier for the Hogwarts tribe, that kind of thing makes the game less fun overall in my opinion. What was Lupin like in Slytherin?

I'm not very good at this game.

I am starting to think that Seamus was experimenting with some avant-garde hypnosis technique. I can't think of another explanation for why he'd insult Voldemort in every PM to me. It really was getting quite ridiculous.

Oh he replied!

Do I dare open the PM?

If Myrtle and/or Fenrir are going to tell Seamus that I want to vote him out, then how do I respond to that?

And they were the ones (esp. Myrtle) that brought up his name to me in the first place!

Seamus

It's not that I want to vote him out, Figg. It's that he only is interacting with me asking who I will vote out when we go to EC. That is literally all he says. He doesn't answer my questions or anything. And according to everyone else, all Voldemort is doing is saying that you and he are dead set on eliminating me first and then Neville. You seemed like you wanted to work with me, which is awesome because we share a class and I like you, but the fact of the matter is I'm having a hard time trusting you when your closest ally is shouting at everyone how you want me gone. Understand what I mean?

That's why he's shady. I want to work with you because you seem like a good player and I genuinely like you, but your devotion to Voldemort makes it tricky. I respect your loyalty and even admire it a bit, but I'm not going to pretend it's not going to make relationships tense and the game difficult.

I honestly didn't mean it to be passive aggressive. I just wanted to know what I did to earn Voldemort's ire. I don't know though.

Honestly Lupin was about the same. It was hard because he kept disappearing.

There are two scenarios that make the most sense to me:

1. Myrtle and/or Fenrir are planning to wait until we actually go to an EC before springing it on me that they actually want to vote for Voldemort. This explains Myrtle's attempts to make me a long-term ally while also compatible with one/both of them telling Seamus that I want to vote him out.

2. Myrtle and/or Fenrir do actually plan on voting Seamus out but decided it would be a good idea to tell Seamus anyway that I want to vote him out??? 1. makes more sense.
