Sorry about my outburst earlier guys. It had nothing to do with you. I have really low confidence in my play at the moment, so the questioning completely crumbled the flimsy facade I had managed to produce.

I am thinking more clearly now though, and have reached a decision on what I'm going to do.

I'm pretty sure Neville and Myrtle have been a thing for a while longer than they have indicated to me. Myrtle is way too keen on Neville for someone who only just got an alliance offer that was preceded by me telling her, so while I will obviously still strive to develop good relations with both of them, I am cautious about siding with them long-term, especially with Myrtle going against her Ravenclaw-Gryffindor alliance offer.

I need players I can trust, and I think I can trust Fenrir and Voldemort. If I can, then saving Voldemort is a possibility as long as I can get Fenrir to trust me over Myrtle/Neville/Seamus. I think my position in not wanting to vote off Voldemort is understandable enough that it shouldn't hinder relations with Myrtle too much as long as I'm careful, and it's possible that if Fenrir/me/Voldy are solidly against voting off Voldemort, it would be too much effort for Myrtle to side against us and not vote for Seamus.

There's also the fact that voting off Voldemort cuts my power in the tribe by quite a lot and I don't want to keep Seamus around if I can help it.

It's possible that I'm mistaken about Fenrir and that he's just hiding to the extreme the fact that he doesn't like Voldemort. So, I'll have to make sure my actions are still decent with this scenario in mind.

I haven't even done anything that shady and yet I still feel like I'm being caught out...

Ok yeah, I don't think sticking by Voldemort so strongly was worth it. I'm glad I did, because I want to be loyal, but I sort of need someone to vent all my feelings and concerns and paranoid ramblings to. That person would normally be Voldemort, but I just don't feel that I can.

I wish I could put my finger on exactly what's going on here, but I'm just a confused mess.

For the record, I'm pretty sure it's Myrtle that's lying despite what I'm saying to everyone else. I'll explain later.

I also don't know whether Fenrir is being intentionally dense or just dense.

So, I've tried to confront Myrtle about things but she is denying everything. I'm pretending to consider that Seamus is lying but he probably isn't. His guess is way too good for it to have been made up and I've already had reason to think that Myrtle is trying to get me ok with voting off Voldemort.

The fact that I've managed to find this out though, indicates that Myrtle is not the best at managing her alliances, so hopefully I can subtly create enough chaos while remaining the victim that I can tear the tribal lines apart and take control. Maybe I'm being too optimistic here, but I have to try.

The problem is that there is literally no one here that I can work properly with.

Fenrir: 'I don't see anything wrong. No everything is fine! Myrtle is just keeping her options open. :) :) :) '

Myrtle: 'What? :o I want everyone here to be happy and I want us to be friends? Why would I do something to prevent that?'

Seamus: 'I don't know what's going on! I'm so confused! By the way Voldemort is, like, literally the worst person ever!'

Neville: 'You, me and Myrtle all the way!! And do tell Voldemort to stop sucking and be a good player like me. :) :) :) '

Also something Myrtle said revealed to me that she and Neville probably formed an alliance before I did with Neville, so I'm not trusting Neville with anti-Myrtle information because he's the most likely to be close to her.

As much as I feel I can't tell Voldemort too much in case he has a freak-out to rival mine, he is the only person that I actually trust with any capacity here. I don't know if Fenrir's obliviousness is manufactured or not, but I'm just going to assume he is because not being paranoid was so Gryffindor and we've been in Durmstrang for a week already.

What do I need to do? Well I don't feel the control that I normally do, over the game or over my own actions. I've been more impulsive than I'd like to be and I want to regain some self-control. I don't think I've made too much of a mess of things so far, but I could easily be wrong.

So, I've basically given Myrtle one last chance to confess stuff to me. I've said that I'll trust what she says, but I totally won't unless it's awful enough. In the meantime though, I may as well give Seamus some info to turn him against Myrtle because I'm not going to let Myrtle have all the power. She needs to be cut down an inch or two. I feel kind of dirty but I'm just being honest (which she hasn't even been) and unless I'm really wrong then it's no worse than what she's done to me.

I wish I could work out how involved Fenrir is in things, but he refuses to see anything wrong and there's not much I can do about that. Safest thing is to assume that he's tied to Myrtle.

And they're so elitist that I'm just put off allying with any of them.

'We're concerned that Voldemort's dragging your game down and we don't want that to happen to you'.

-Basically everyone on Durmstrang.

No, you're the ones dragging my game down and I'm not going to let you.

I don't want to align with Seamus, but I almost feel as if I have no choice. How am I supposed to trust Myrtle? She has admitted some things to me, but who does she actually want to work with?

I should be safe, and that's the most important thing, but how do I get out of the situation with maximum reward?

No wait, the answer is to stick with Myrtle. Yes, that's it.
