Neville is sooo going to backstab me. I can feel it.

I should have saved Luna.

Well I've had to do what I've had to do. I've given Neville a 50% honest spiel about how I don't think I'm winning the game and want to take players I care about to the end, which includes Fenrir. But at the same time, I need to appease him, so I've said that if he wants to vote out Fenir at F4, then I'm in. I really hope it doesn't come to that and that Neville is a sucker for emotional rambles, but honestly, I am so screwed even if I make FTC. I feel that my lack of proper connection to Hagrid and Peeves is yet another negative to add to my list of flaws this game. Besides attempting to spearhead a movement where juries vote for reasons other than 'who played the best game?', I'm not sure what I can do.

Oh dear. I'm about to send Neville a 90% honest PM, which means I'm probably going to ruin any chance I had of winning the game. The fact is that I'm sick of being screwed around by him and it's got to stop. He's reminding me why I wanted to backstab him in the first place.

Of course, with any luck my resolve will have perished by the time I click the submit button.

Oh no I don't know if I can do it. I'm pretty sure it gets me voted out.

I'm just going to be straight with you Neville. I love you mate, and all reason is telling me that this is a bad idea and I should continue playing nice, but this whole situation has me really uncomfortable, and it's got to stop, one way or another.

I understand completely that you feel close with Hagrid. I've had the same experience with Voldemort, Hooch, Luna, Fenrir all at different stages of the game, but the fact is that if you plan on being loyal to me, then you're just leading him on, and I think you and I both know that it's probably best to cut ties sooner rather than later if it's going to end up happening eventually. You're doing him no favours by keeping him in the game for a certain period of time when he's expecting more. If he's not expecting more, then there's no real reason to be loyal to him over Fenrir or Peeves. This is why the whole 'Fenrir is so scary at challenges AHHHH' deal has me shrugging my shoulders and not really caring because everyone has challenge potential. Hagrid has been a strong challenger. Peeves probably could win a challenge too. If you're going to say that we can't take Fenrir to F3 because he's shown himself to be good at challenges, then why are we voting out Peeves over Hagrid here? I just don't get it. Of course, if you want to go to the end with Hagrid, then you're probably best off just turning on me now. As much as this PM may suggest otherwise, I really like you and really want to take you to the end. I wouldn't be this honest with you otherwise. However, I want to actually do it properly rather than follow your every whim.

Here's how I see things. Obviously Peeves and Hagrid expect you to go to the Final Three with them. Obviously we have an alliance of you, me and Fenrir. I have been careful to make it so that Fenrir has no real reason to expect that I'd take him to the Final 2 (our conversation has not extended beyond 'Durmstrang Final 3 yeah!') due to my own previous failures with that this game. While I really don't want to turn on him at F4 considering I have a promise to him and nothing expected of me from Hagrid and Peeves, I would consider doing it for the sake of improving our chances of getting to the final two. You have final three expectations from both sides. If you have something more than that with Hagrid then I don't think it's a good idea leading him on, and if you're not leading him on then there's the obvious problem.

So basically, I want to work with you, I want to take you to the end, but I feel that there's a problem here. I think it makes more sense to vote out Hagrid for both personal and in-game reasons (barring the obvious exception) and he is who I'd want to vote out. If you insist on voting for Peeves then I obviously have no choice but to go for that, and that would be ok, but being open and honest is the best way I can think of to deal with my paranoia, and so you get this.

And yeah, while this message probably sounds bad, I've always been sincere about how much I like you and I am totally committed to you. I am trying very hard not to be how I've been in the past.

Again, I am bad at the game. I know this could very well end in my elimination etc. etc.

Let's play a game of...

How many crazy decisions does it take for Mrs. Figg to get expelled?!

So, that PM is mostly my feelings on the matter except for the part where I say I'm totally committed to him. I'm not sure on that right now. Somehow I do still have inhibitions!
