Welcome to your first Tribal Council of the game, Sapphire Slayers. It pains me to say that one of you will be absent in twenty-four hours, but that is the harsh truth of this game. [01] To all: One of you will be the game's first elimination originating from the Sapphire Slayers. Any concerns that it might be you? [02] To all: Of the two other tribes, which do you believe is going to be your strongest competition? Anybody in particular on either of them that you're wary of? [03] Gothmog: Anduin chose to give the Guardians of Elessar immunity over your tribe. Were they smart to do so? Why, or why not? [04] Eomer: You messed up in the challenge. Do you think that will be an important factor in tonight's votes? [05] Haldir: You've expressed that this is your first time playing a game such as this. How do you think your tribe views you based upon this? How has your experience been in-game so far? [06] Radagast: What will you basing your vote upon in this Tribal Council? [07] Nazgul: Anybody on the tribe you feel close to in particular? [08] Aragorn: What do you think of your tribe as a whole? Edited by Elrond, Oct 3 2012, 05:28:06 PM.

1: I would be a foolish hobbit not to be slightly concerned. 2: I think Red is setting themselves up to be the primary threat/target and haven't thought out the repercussions of making themselves a threat. Green can proclaim they will return the favor to red, but when push comes to shove, in a merge/switch there is no longer a "tribe consensus to keep a word". None of the members of the Green tribe are playing to set themselves up for failure. Even if we switch down the line into two tribes and it's 3 reds/2 blues/2 greens - green will still team up with blue because teaming up with red in that scenario would guarantee their doom. It is fate that the two tribes with the lowest amounts of members will team up against the third come merge/switch. 7: I am a Nazgul, I don't "feel close" with others. I'm like, dead, or something. |

They don’t think it be like it is, but it do

[01] I always am concerned about tribal councils. Paranoia is what keeps you alert and focused. That being said, I believe I have proved my worth to the tribe and hope they find me useful enough to keep. [02] I think the only reason we are in Tribal now is bad luck. Red had much more coordination and used a superior strategy that could've easily backfired, but didn't. I think that as they wind on down the road, suspicion and betrayal could destroy their alliance. A lot of Green's members seem more of a team unit and harsh to players outside of their tribe. I'm wary of Gollum and Tom Bambodil, as they seem the most vocal players of their tribes. [03] Most of that was a last ditch effort to save us from this, but some holds true. If Red becomes too far ahead, Green and Blue might band together to overthrow Red. |

One of you will be the game's first elimination originating from the Sapphire Slayers. Any concerns that it might be you? To be honest, I don't think it will be me. Hopefully my performance in the first immunity challenge has shown my tribesmates that I am here and with the Sapphire Slayers 100%. I want to win, and I think I can bring victory to this tribe. If I am eliminated, while its disappointing, I don't think there is was much I could do to save myself. Of the two other tribes, which do you believe is going to be your strongest competition? Anybody in particular on either of them that you're wary of? Anduin is active and, well some of them are being quite obnoxious. I think they're cocky and overconfident. Had our tribe not messed up, though, we would have been immune and the Guardians would be in Tribal, so I can't say that they are much stronger than we are. If I had to pick a rival tribe, it'd be them though. Radagast: What will you basing your vote upon in this Tribal Council? I'd be lying to say that challenge performance isn't a factor in this elimination, but its not the only factor. I want to base my vote on my personal relationships with players, who I feel I can talk too and who I feel will be in this game for the long haul. My vote will also be influenced by how the others in the tribe are going. If this vote splits, it doesn't send a good sign for tribal unity. |

One of you will be the game's first elimination originating from the Sapphire Slayers. Any concerns that it might be you? A little, but then I realized that eliminating me would be pretty foolish without at first seeing what I can do. I have competed in neither event thus far, you see. I'm pretty familiar with the Survivor mechanics now. Challenges, tribal councils, immunity, etc. The other stuff doesn't seem to require anything other than thinking on your feet, and consistency. If I was doing the first challenge, I've no doubt that I could have gotten at least five or six hours without failing. The second challenge, you never know of course, but if I had my way, we'd have attacked Red strongly at the beginning. Of the two other tribes, which do you believe is going to be your strongest competition? Anybody in particular on either of them that you're wary of? Definitely wary of all of Red. They appear to be well coordinated, and at least a few of them (Merry and Tom Bombadil in particular) seem quite dedicated and have ample time to spare. Another thing I've noticed is that there are usually quite a few Red names in the "Users currently active" bar on the bottom of the site when I log in. You've expressed that this is your first time playing a game such as this. How do you think your tribe views you based upon this? I think some believe I'll be a liability. This is not the case, but as of yet I have not had a chance to prove myself. I suppose I'll take this chance to reassure them that I'll be invaluable as things progress. You're going to need a guy like me when the chips are down. How has your experience been in-game so far? So far it looks relatively simple and straightforward (once I realized I needed to come here to check things, and that I wasn't going to get a PM on mafiascum when the game or any of the challenges began... ... that might have helped). Needless to say, I'm quite active now, and I don't foresee that changing in the slightest.I was pained not to be able to provide advice last round. I was even more pained that Eomer didn't come through. I think Eomer still has something left in him and I'd like to see it. I was hoping we'd not have to eliminate one of our own so soon, but as you say, it is just the nature of the game. I'm not sure who I will be voting yet, but it won't be Gothmog or Radagast. |

Blues already lost this game

1.) I always have concerns. I feel I may be more experienced than most on this tribe, so I am always cautious wehn it comes to tribals. They suck, no matter how safe ou feel. Do I think it is me? No, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. Shit can randomly go very wrong in this game. Nobody can ever feel 100% safe. 2.) I feel Green is sitting pretty, as we all know they aren't strong challenge contenders, so they may be able to drift away as Red and ourselves duke it out. But I think the tribe we need to worry about the most is ourselves. We all need to stay active and communicate throughout challenges if we want to never be sitting here at tribal again. If we can all work together, we are set for this game. I have had good teams before, but I think this has the potential to be the best team I have ever had. 3.) My tribe is a group of people who I view to be the most destructive force known to man. We have the ability to destroy both tribes, but we can also hurt ourselves. We need to make sure we perform at our highest level, 24-7. We have amazing potential. I say we turn that potential into reality. |

Shut up woman get on my horse

[1] Absolutely not. I'll humbly wear the egg on my face if I'm wrong, but I don't think I'm in danger tonight. Only a fool feels safe at Tribal, so the question is, will I be made the fool? [2] Red is really being led around by a couple of people, Green has a few inactives. As a whole I think we're the strongest tribe. Red won the challenge because of us. [9]Shadowfax is disappointed he doesn't get a question and will be taking a dump in Elrond's hat before the night is over. |
