I've already consumed Lembas for it. We have that little edge at least.

I say we keep trying to win, and keep our team as strong as we can for as long as we can.

Nah, save it for later. I think one should be enough.

Also, goodbye if this is really the tribe swap.

If it is a Tribe Swap, Haldir probably knows. Let him tell us what information we get on it. Did anyone else use Lembas bread?

Me and goth are the only others with Lembas. I think it's clear neither of us have used it. :/P

Btw, if we are split significantly (5-1 or even 4-2), consider throwing a challenge if you have a lot of former Sapphires on your team.

I don't understand why people think this is a tribe swap. Was it done as a tribe swap in another game? If so, how was it done there so we can plot ahead.

Preparing for it just in case. If not, I say just pick randomly and go with the flow. Not much strategy yet.

We will either get split north/south, east/west or every other square is a tribe I assume two tribes of eight or maybe 4 tribes of 4. It does say its an immunity challenge. Maybe there's a clue on the map image ?

Due to my firm belief in my "Survival of the Fittest" plan, where all six of us stick together and try to eliminate everyone else from the game first (a win in my book!), I'm sharing everything I know from the Lembas advantage.

1. This challenge is a NON-RANDOM tribe swap.

2. About the map: Download it, enlarge it, and study it. I'm not sure if there are any clues but that was one thing I was told to do: pay close attention to the map. Here is a link to the image: http://i46.tinypic.com/t65tvk.jpg (right click and save as)

3. Next, I have a 1-shot ability during this challenge to push someone off the square they inhabit. I'm not clear really on what square they get pushed to, or if me pushing them just makes them have to pick again.

4. I was told to be quick about sharing this info with you guys. Presumably so we could all digest it quickly and make our choices before others do. That must mean there is advantage to be had, based on whoever figures it out first.

Ready, set, go.

The non-random part makes me think Nazgul was right in that we'd be divided via a line.

If we know what azimuth it will be, it will be easier for us to defend against being split up. I agree that if we inhabit one corner all together, it will probably be for the best for us, unless they decide to split it diagonally and we pick wrong.

If it comes down to choosing who to split, a suggestion that might work would be if we tried to split 4-2, and split off the Morgul Blade wielders, and have them backstab their other teammates from the other tribes later on. Meanwhile, all of us Lembas-eaters can EAT OUR LEMBAS and get some sweet victory for our Sapphire Slayer alliance, while you guys do the "dirty work".

If that is not agreeable to the Morgul Blade wielders, then I will accompany one of them into a different portion of the map, leaving 2 Lembas eaters, 1 Blade wielder, and the other guy (I forget what he chose) together, and I will just not ever consume my remaining Lembas and the Morgul Blade wielder can stab whoever he wants.

This is in good faith that you all would like to continue the Sapphire Slayers alliance until the end. Which I would love. I am trying to show that I am committed to the plan even if it means I may likely lose individually.

But if you guys wish to split off and form new alliances, well, c'est la vie, and I will be rooting for all of you (and of course I'll vote for you all to win, regardless of later alliances/etc).

HALDIR SALUTES YOU ALL.

Another thing I'm kinda wondering is if the names of the game mods (Gandalf, Elrond, Sauron) might have anything to do with the parts of the map they "control", and how they are going to split things. Perhaps, perhaps not.

Just a tip if we do split up: I say we all stay 100% loyal to our tribe, but if we're split up, when others talk to you you will probably need to fake that we don't like eachother or something so we appear split XD.

My guess is there is a "river" that says Immunity or something on it that connects to 8 squares and those 8 squares will be a tribe and be immune. Let me inspect!

If it comes down to it, I'd like for the 4 of us without blades to choose the AB43 (top-right/north-east) squares, and the other two to go as far into CD12 (bottom-left/south-west) as they can, and hope they will be split apart. I sadly won't be available at the exact time of the "picking of the squares" but I will be on later today, and I will be able to make my choice then (and since I have a one-shot square pushing thing, I should probably wait until I'm the final player to pick, anyway, since "one or more" players consumed Lembas, and I don't want to be pushed at the last second after waiting for all but one player who has the same strategy as me).

Good point Nazzy.

We should also check to see if a roughly equal number of squares either HAVE or DON'T HAVE rivers, or mountains, or something else that could be used to semi-evenly split the squares apart in terms of numerical qualities. (i.e. all players with a river running through their square are on one team, and all the others on squares without a river are on the other team).

And yeah, if I do end up getting split off, I'm going to pretend I disliked you guys because you kept threatening to vote me off if I didn't use my Lembas, or something semi-convincing like that.

My best guess:

TRIBE 1) B1, B2, B3, C1, D1, D2, D3, D4 [dotted lines]

TRIBE 2) A1, A2, A3, A4, B4, C2, C3, C4,[no dotted lines]

no idea which one is immune and which one isn't... there could be a clue that says IMMUNITY or TRIBAL COUNCIL... so I don't know...
