your deck focusses too much on 1-1 destruction, with no clear win condition...ceasefire is a terrible choice with as many flips as you have.

-3 man eater bug
-3 old vindicitive magician (if you arent using apprentice, theres no point)
+3 cyber dragon
-2 don zaloog
+2 d.d. assailant
-1 morphing jar #2
-2 tomato

-1 card destruction
+2 reinforcement of the army
+1 brain control

-3 trap hole
-3 michizure
-3 sakuretsu armor
+3 dimension prison
+1 call of the ahunted
+1 torrential tribute

I think that adds to 40...

the general concensus is that running a few cards as possible is better, but you don't necessarily have to run with just 40. I run with 42 quite often.
