12:30pm, January 2016 AIDS Headquarters, Ampton The doors open as Premier Portren walked into the conference room, upon seeing the Blobfishen delegation he quickly moved to take his seat at the conference table. Once seated he spoke "Ah I see you got my letter, now we must wait for the other members in order to start" "Yeah about that, where’s the goods you promised, Porky?” Phillip grinned “DON'T CALL ME THAT!” Then lose a lil’ bit of that holiday weight then, Jabba.” “What are you doing here Phillip?” Portren sighed “More like who am I doing here?” “...” “No one. What’s up?” “We’re supposed to be having a meeting right now, you got my letter right?” “Yes, yes, most definitely. What letter again? Oh right, AIDS..who the hell named it that anyway?” “You did” “Oh right, my comedic brilliance of course.” “Well should we change it then?” “Yeah, how about Humanitarian International Vanguard?” “Oh so HIV is soooo much better than AIDS” “Well, what do you suggest, fatty?” “You're treading a fine line my friend. As for my suggestion, I believe International Trade and Economic Union might work better” “That sounds...better, I guess”, Phillip sighed, “but we really should wait for all members to arrive first.” “Works for me, let us wait for them.” |

1) Free shiping, and tax free international trade. Well the general idea is simple. We want our investors and your investors, to feel safe investing in our countries. That can happen by not paying an additional fee over the product... In other words, our ships, or your country's ships will not pay an extra fee for entering our national waters. In this way we assure your market that they are actually investing into a country that will give them a positive result in their budget. 4) Opening of mutual trade centers in all our countries. Well trade centers... Its like we open our foreign business offices there, to direct our investors on where to build their company...and your offices in our country that will help your investors navigate around and get familiar with UKL's market. 7) A -20% price over products and trade. As for the 7th term.. Well i think it is vital that, since there will be no additional fee or tax, over your or my ships entering our national waters, a good economical strategy would be, forcing our investors to make a slight cut over their products prices...in older the Latrovian budget being able to pay your investements and the opposite |

"I'm not quite sure I follow you, while term 1 makes complete sense now I don't understand how we would be able to 'direct' our investors, while my country has a full command economy I'm fairly sure that other nations of this unions do not have fully controlled economies, as of such we would not be able to "direct" our investors in the way you are describing, we can only influence them, not control them. As for term 7 I really am quite confused, while I understand that you feel a straight price cut will help our economies I'm not sure just how we could implement such a policy, while you do say that we could 'force' our investors to do so I don't believe that a viable option for all nations of this union. I feel the price cut that will already occur from having no tariffs with be the stimulation we need, I don't believe that we need to go further than that at this point in time"

My friend..I understand your concerns. Currently the United Kingdom of Latrovia is building its private sector. I assume that not every company that does not align with our politics can do business home and abroad. The Private industries have to understand that simply they can not be allowed, to runs a country's economy. Only companys that look in their future economic development will find these measures proper for free trading. As you said, we can not force them to invest into something they do not want too.. But we can make them sure, that our politics will not change in order to benefit their personal budget. We are thinking over nations and not private companies. |

"Ah, I understand now. Thank for the explanation, as of such I can fully agree with the imitate implementation of points 1-6. I believe that point 7 should be put in over a longer scale of time."
