Hello, and welcome to Quebec City! This is an amazing place to experience all four seasons throughout the year! Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter; no matter what time you want to come, Quebec City offers its best to you! Spring may be the shortest season here, but tourists can still enjoy all the deliciously fresh, handmade maple syrup and maple taffy, or as we call it, maple toffee. Wear heavier clothing because it will still be pretty cold out. ![]() In the summer, the temperature is generally at least 75°F. During the night, the temperature cools down so you can still enjoy the other things that Quebec has to offer. Light but not too light clothing is recommended here, since the nights can be pretty cold. Falls in Quebec are probably one of the most tourist-attractive seasons because of the foliage changes taking place. ![]() And last but certainly not least, Winters in Quebec are simply amazing! Enjoy the beautiful Winter Carnival held here; even if you don't participate, it sure is fun to watch! The 2012 Quebec Winter Carnival starts February 1st and ends on the 17th, a whole 17 days making this the world's largest Winter Carnival to date! Enjoy fun activities like dogsled rides, sliding, snow rafting and more! Heavy clothing is recommended, Winters are freezing. ![]() Parents, your kids can have fun here too at Mr. Christie Village and they can enjoy soapbox derbies, games of skill, snow tunnels and more! Activities are led by kid-friendly characters to make sure your kids have the time of their life. ![]() To get to Quebec City, we recommend taking the Greyhound, which runs from New York and Boston, to Montréal. Then transfer to one of the hourly buses that connect to Quebec City via Orléans Express. It's a 3-hour ride so pack a pillow or something to entertain yourself on the way here. The bus also connects Quebec with most points throughout the province, as well as the rest of Canada. We hope you enjoy your 3-week stay here in Quebec! Edited by Cesar, May 7 2012, 08:18 PM.
