Suggest carpet tiles - attractive, hard wearing and can be individually replaced if stained or damaged.

What colour though Mog? Will we have the same throughout the building. Maybe no carpet in the lobby area, as this will be the area that gets the most dirt. I would suggest maybe a large recess area inside the door with a large stiff mat to wipe your feet and a decent hard floor that can be swept and have a mop put over it. I agree with carpet tiles though for the rest of the building.

Carpet tiles are easy to replace, clean and industrial strength.

They present a warm welcome and generally induce a level of respect and care that a linoleum flooring does not tend to do.

I would suggest a screed floor throughout laid with carpet tiles. as for the colour plain soft calming tones in a colour to match the room decor.
