I'm new here
Hey guys, I know you guys have aspirations of going commercial--at least hiddenInTheTruth does at any rate. Have you considered trying to track readership of "The Righteous"? If you have some way of measuring how many readers you have, it might be easier to determine when to start charging for the comic. Just a thought.
I'm not terribly IT savvy, but if the idea interests you, one way would be to invite readers to subscribe for notifications on when new pages are posted. Just don't tell them that you update every Wednesday. ;) Having subscribers would give you some idea of how many people are actually reading.

Can't wait to see what happens in Chapter 3-9. Keep it up.

Unfortunately, Moonfruit only keeps track of how many people visit the site in general. Your idea is good, but not being a Java genius myself, I have no idea how to implement it, or what form it would feasibly take. The other half of this is, I have no idea what number would be a good number to start charging, let alone if we've reached it. So first things first: I need to figure out the logistics issue, THEN we can tackle the details. And that starts with getting a server of our own some day.
