Are you going through a drought where you live?

We were a few months back if I remember correctly, although I do not see how they managed to come to such a conclusion. At the time when they declared the drought in my county, it was raining bucket loads everyday! And that was a few months ago! It is has only just been lifted after the ugly British weather of the past few days but still, nothing much changed though. You just were not allowed to use as much water as possible.

Yes. -_- We've had some dark clouds hanging over us for the last couple of days and I keep praying that they open up and we get a good storm, but so far nothing. Our grass is pretty much all dead.

Remember a few weeks ago when you got that big storm and we got nothing?

This is what I like to call payback.

Ours was more thunder than rain anyway.

I saw a bunch of posts on Facebook today by people complaining about the rain and I was just like, are you kidding? We're in a drought guys. Hush.

Ha, all of the people on my FB were happy about it. Didn't see any complaints like usual.

Yes, actually. We've been just about 3 weeks now with no rain, all fires have been banned in the province and hopefully we'll get some rain soon.
