On average, how often do you eat in a day? Is it a breakfast, lunch, dinner? Or what? |

I try to eat little and often, though recently I've been having fairly large breakfasts and lunches, but small dinners. In the past I've tried the five meal-a-day thing, but it's quite hard to get used to. |

I tend to not eat breakfast except on school days, simply because I don't like breakfast foods. I eat a small lunch and a big dinner, and a lot of snacks in between

I eat a bowl of cereal or something for breakfast every day, generally always eat a small lunch, and have a good sized dinner. Though all through out the day I'm eating snacks.

I eat all three meals, plus snacks in between. I try to eat 1200 calories a day, plenty of fruits and veggies. This is a new diet, so I'm not sure how great it is, but I'm hoping for good stuff. |

I only really eat one big meal a day, I know it's horrible for my stomach but I have a bad habit of putting off eating till I have free time, which isn't that often. Normally I eat late at night not long before I sleep. |

When I'm not fasting for Ramadan...which, I am now. I'll always have just a cup of coffee on the morning. Snack all day, and eat dinner as my only structured meal. I know, bit unhealthy. |

It's definitely not easy eating on a strict schedule, especially when I stay up late every night. Usually can't help but snack around ten or eleven. This morning I had a banana and a bit of pomegranate juice. When I head home I think I'll make a ham and cheese sandwich with grapes on the side. I really need to work on the vegetable side though.
