When new shows come out do you watch them on TV? Or do you wait until they are out on DVD? Sometimes I'll watch them on TV, but if I am intrigued with the show or hear good things about it I will just wait for the DVD so I can watch it all at once. Another question though - Are you ever worried that the show might suck and thus your first 9 episode watching sessions are wasted? Do you wait for reviews before you watch a newly-released show? Or no.. |

Yeah, I just watch them on TV if they're interesting. After all, watching them on TV is free, but buying the DVD isn't.

If i'm really into a show, i'm watching it on TV, because i can't wait for it to come out on DVD. Also, if i really like the show, i almost always buy a DVD of it. |

I know a lot of people do that, but I never really understood why. It'll be on TV a lot, so you can really just record it.
