The entrance to Something Enchanting is built to look like the front of a haunted mansion: odd, and maybe even a little pretentious, but also kind of cool. Inside the store are many rows of shelves, lined with magical lamps and crystal balls. One row of shelves in particular seemed to be exclusively for the enjoyment of employees: it was shelf upon shelf of books, a Wizardmon sitting beneath and quietly reading. On his shoulder is a Tsukaimon, who looks from side to side like a watchdog as he tries to find a potential buyer.
"Buy! Buy, buy, buy!"
"Oh, a customer. Greetings. I deeply apologize for my familiar's eagerness: its been a while since we've last seen a patron. By any chance, would you like to consult some special services? I think my . . . talents would be of great use to you."
- Bakemon Lantern - 250
"This lantern is usually carried by Bakemon as they roam the Overdell in search of lost souls. It can cover a wide area with light, but the illumination is shady at best and downright foggy at worst."
"Dim. But big! Dim and big!"
- Handy Haversack - 1000
"Backpacks can be so inconvenient, but they aren't so bad once you get to know them. A Handy Haversack will hold your supplies, and if you're kind enough will even sort them for you. That way you can grab whatever you need right away."
"Nice bag! Should buy."
- Elixir of Restoration - 250
"The Elixir of Restoration serves two purposes. It holds one serving of drink, which you can consume to heal yourself of wounds. Or you could dip an item in it to heal damage done."
"Two purposes! You buy! You buy TWICE?"
"Don't get overeager, Tsukaimon."
- Blessing of Grace - 500
"This is one of the three blessings I can offer. The Blessing of Grace makes your Digimon more agile and clever than usual. They won't suddenly win marathons or become chess champions, but they'll see a little boost in performance.
I can only bestow one blessing at a time, by the way. Otherwise the magical energies tangle and diffuse into nothing."
"Just one! No get greedy!"
- Elixir of Endless Water - 250
"This elixir contains water, and nothing but water. However, it contains an endless supply of water in an unbreakable container. While too slow pouring for anything dangerous, you can pretty much guarantee never going thirsty."
"Buy or die! Of dehydration!"
- Blessing of Hardiness - 500
"This is my second blessing, which increases fortitude and physical strength. Not to a ridiculous extent, but just enough to give your Digimon a slight advantage."
- Elixir of Bad Tidings - 250
"A colleague of mine, Witchmon, invented this draught. Oh, how long it has been since I've seen her . . .
A-anyways, this elixir gives you a peek into the future. But it'll only show you the worst of it: suffering. Pain. Death. I have no idea why she even brewed this: maybe to teach people a lesson."
"Warning! Danger! Danger!"
- Cloak of Invisibility - 1000
"The best defense is never even being seen. While too large to wrap most Digimon in for a sneak attack, this cloak is perfectly sized for a human like you to sneak around unnoticed. With most things here being bigger than you, you'll need it."
"Gonna need it! Scary!"
- Blessing of Fortune - 500
"My final blessing. This doesn't improve a characteristic, but rather your Digimon's fortune. Maybe it'll just affect a little coin flip. Maybe it'll affect something much bigger. Who knows what lies in your cards?"
"Fate! Fate gonna get you!"
- Animated Carpet - 2500
"A magician doesn't favor an aesthetic. Rather, we take simple, everyday things and make them wondrous. Such is the case with this carpet: large enough to carry many, and agile enough to sail through the skies like a desert wind. Much more comfortable than a hoverboard, or Garbagemon's . . . abomination of a vehicle."
"Garbagemon's a jerk!"
