Never. Conflict is what drives many plots. I live for conflict, actually. I love to argue, I like to randomly punch people. I'll argue with myself for the sake of arguing. (that was a weird experience) Like I've said, my problem is that all the fighting we have is all the same. Completely the same. And it has me completely bored. Lets add a plot to senseless fighting. Lets add detail, talk about the blood splatter; talk about the character's emotions and inner thoughts. Something to make it more interesting. |

it would be interesting to see...i find that most RPGs turn into a fight one way or another, as when people interact it is a given that eventually fighting will ensue. But if you were going for a sort of utopia society RPG i could see it having potential :D |

I fixed the poll.
:) And as for the question... if what was happening other than fighting was interesting, I would probably play it. |

depends on the plot that was there. If you can fight verbaly and pull ut swords but not start killing eachother yes. otherwise no. |

Conflict is almost always the driving plot of a story, conflict in oneself, conflict between several parties, conflict between lovers.....That being said, it seems many RPGs on this have no plot in themselves...... |
