Wrote it two seconds ago. The Fairy Godmother has done her part, ready to stand back and watch the Happily Ever After. But however, she can not. For the Prince turned out to be a Wolf and the Princess, a disappointing excuse for the toughened Warrior the Godmother though she was. The Godmother watches as the Wolf slithers out of his princely armor, a silver facade against the nightmarish circumstances of wicked families and poisoned apples. She wearily regards the glare in his beady eyes as one born from possession when she asks the Princess what may be the best for her. He is quick to answer for her in a harsh demanding tone, which Her Fairness refuses to hear. The nightmarish sky turns still. The Rats are starting to protest, their backs ache from pulling the pumpkin carriage. And the Woodsman has come waging war, a hatchet fueled by brimming frustration, created by the Princess and her Wolf. The Fairy Godmother is torn between the Woodsman, a friend since the beginning, and her First Godchild: The Wolf. He was a Prince back then, one of chivalrous intentions. She helped him along his way and worried about him when her magic couldn't smooth things over. Soon enough the Fairy Godmother adopted another, the Princess who waited for her True Love's First Kiss. She was fair and strong, a Warrior of sorts who could fend off her own Winged Beast that was her Wicked Step-mother. As soon the Warrior Princess laid eyes on the handsome Godson, she knew her True Love was he. And thus, it was only natural to make the two a couple. The Fairy Godmother drew her wand and made things possible, slowly bending the willful Prince never to leave the Princess' side. However, magic never comes without a price. The Prince was cursed to become a twisted demon, the Wolf in knight's clothing while the once Warrior Princess became willing to play the Damsel in Distress, a willing piece of smitten property. And now as the Fairy Godmother gazes into her crystal ball, she thinks it was wrong to pull out her wand if the first place... bipity bopity bo. |
