I'm stunned and hurt. I grew up on Whitney Houston. My thoughts and prayers are with her daughter and family. |

I think the Star Spangled Banner she did for the Superbowl a few years back is still one of my favorite renditions. |

I don't about you guys but I thought J.Hud did a great job last night with her tribute! I'm glad she didn't sound like Whitney or try to mimic her, she just wanted to pay tribute to her idol!!! |

I saw a repeat of the 2010 BET Honor Awards where Whitney was presented with an Honor last year. Jennifer Hudson sang that song when Whitney was in the audience and Whitney stood in front of the stage to listen to Jennifer the whole time she sang. You could tell she thought Jennifer did a fantastic job. Could you imagine having the memory of singing a song to Whitney? |

I watched it too. It was so beautiful and moving! I was crying throughout the whole thing, espeically that ending.  I can't believe she's gone. It still doesn't seem real. Like losing MJ all over again.

I watched it too.. The most moving part for me was the end where her song is played as the casket was walked out.. and the R Kelly song I look to you...RIP Whitney!!!

Lifetime is paying tribute to Whitney by airing some of her movies. I'm watching The Bodyguard right now. I haven't watched this film since it was in the movies. |
