KUNOTANGA Exotic, Diverse & Unique Spoiler: click to toggle The island archipelago of Kunotanga is a refuge for a diverse ecosystem and is home to an array of beautiful landscapes as well as hundreds of exotic species of flora and fauna. Located somewhere near the equator in the Pacific Ocean it has moved around a lot since it first appeared and has picked up various species from across Oceania, South-East Asia and South America. I am not yet ready to fully reveal the islands inhabitants however here's a list of some groups of flora species that are found on the islands. Spoiler: click to toggle Just one other thing I would like to point out, there is a wealth of modern day fauna on the islands and prehistoric species are not the main focus of the project, however there will certainly be an array of animals descended from prehistoric groups. Enjoy this small teaser of what's to come. If anyone has any ideas they'd like to contribute please, feel free to share. Cheers, Scotty ![]() |

Interesting. If I undertand well, the Kunotanga is situated in our present time, right? In this case, I guess that the island maybe could have some mekosuchine crocodile? |

Don't think so. I mainly focusing on a mix of modern day-like species and also terrestrial/flightless/gliding Tapejarids and Thalassodromids. Oops... just released the prehistoric species. Also I'm gonna redo the map, not a fan of the islands shape. |

Well, the mekosuchines were quite widespread until the Pleistocene and survived till the human settling in some South Pacific islands, so, why not in yours as well? Mekosuchine crocs are always a nice addition
