dude this is wonderful. thank you. i've never seen thunderbolt but i downloaded it yesterday because of jerry's hyperbole. i need to read all this! i too dream of something like this for every director xD

Wonderful archival work! Thanks also for the cinéaste de notre temps link. As a huge fan of this series and André S. Labarthe, I am VERY excited to watch another episode directed by him. As to Sternberg's work, I have a soft spot for his first feature "The Salvation Hunters"... and "An American Tragedy" (this rather failed, but never mind). |
