Thought this might be of some interest here, I cobbled various sources together to detail all of the works (whether it be music, literature, painting, etc.) which Straub-Huillet used/adapted in their films. It's fairly comprehensive, perhaps missing a few pieces of music which I could not identify though so if anyone notices where I might have failed to note something, please let me know.
