Does anyone know if "Mrs. McKay" (who ran the OSO with Oliver Spencer) ever had a first name? In the Wiki for the SMDM pilot, she is listed as simply "Mrs. McKay." |

Still haven't found an answer in all of my various digging. I've never read the original book but the Wiki only lists her as Mrs. McKay... and so does imdb. |

Even though my Seasons 4 and 5 had already broken canon, this one was really bugging me! So I went over to Facebook and sent a message there to one of our members - Cyborg. He goes into such wonderful depth with his podcasts that I thought he'd probably know the answer... but if not, maybe he'd be willing to post it as a trivia on one of his pages. He wrote back almost immediately - and the mystery is SOLVED! In the novel, Mrs. McKay was a man, Jackson McKay. In the TV movie, she was made into a woman and only referred to as Mrs. McKay. Hope that helps. Happy New Year! Thank you very much for your help, Cyborgs! - - |
