I like the way he calls Jaime a lady, that a very polite and ceremonial way to make reference to her instead of calling her a girl or a woman, when Richard dedicates me pictures, he writes : "Elise, a bright lady", I feel very honoured, I consider it as a compliment !

Did Oscar just call Jaime "Lady" at times? I do remember him saying "Young Lady" on occasion.

No, he said something about her being "a beautiful lady" or "I'm taking all my favorite ladies out to lunch". As far as I know he never called her "young lady". That's Rudy's territory. (Can't say for sure though - your memory of the series is probably better than mine.)

He was funny when he ordered Lisa to go get him a cup of coffee and get out of his chair. I kept expecting him to goose her!

I only remember Rudy calling her 'young lady'. I can't imagine any time Oscar would have used it.

Maybe did he use it when he wants to give her a mission, each time, he overwhelms her with compliments, have you noticed ? He is a sly fox this Oscar !

Yeah, he was sly, but she always "bit" didn't she? Reluctantly, but she did go along with the plan...even if she WAS a bit tongue tied around him :)

Along this thread...I liked the way Oscar treated Jaime in the presence of others - never in a chavanistic manner - but with respect. He wanted them to see what an intelligent, brave woman she was.

That's very true. He trusts her judgment and abilities. I like how he is willing to believe her opinion over Rudy's about Max in 'The Bionic Dog'.

I don't think Rudy was a chauvinist, just a little protective of Jaime.

No, I don't see Rudy as a chauvinist either. He acts more like a parent with Jaime--protective and supportive.
