Bubba looks like he would scare the crap outta my dog - is he friendly - or is he the feral one?

Rudy is the feral one. He's the black one. Bubba is quite friendly. I'm enjoying my new camera...will post my kitty momentarily.

Maybe it's the red eyes.... Then again, my dog is a coward.... Is Rudy named after Rudy Wells?

Do all the cats get along???

They are very peaceful when they are sleeping - lol. Bubba's eyes are actually blue, but even photobucket couldn't do much in this pic. Yes, Rudy is named for the good doctor and he is the family rabble-rouser. The others are all getting up there in years and he is just over a year old.

Am I the only one without cats? I would love to get one, but my dog likes to chase them - - alot..... I think your cats B4E and J&O look cute. Do they ever play together?

You're not alone OJFan, I don't have cats either. And yes, they are some good looking cats b4e and J and O have.

My brother's cat had 5 kittens last month and 1 is missing it's tail. My brother said the mother may have ate it. I don't know if he was kidding me or not. Do mother cats do this or is it just normal for a cat to be born without it's tail?

J & O's cat spent her first couple of years in my household, and knew my oldest two cats. They played together back then, but a few years ago when she was moving and Polly had to spend a couple of days here, she perched herself inside my closet and spent 48 hours hissing and spitting. She had no desire to reunite with her old friends!

I am not sure about the kitten with no tail. J & O is the best one to answer that, when she gets back from her business trip.

Or well she's on her trip. lol

It's entirely possible that the mother may have accidentally bitten the tail off when cleaning the kitten. But it's more likely that the kitten was merely born without a tail. It could just be a deformity (but one that won't harm the kitten at all).
