Thanks for all the advice. It must be all the stress from work that I'm feeling that is contributing to my writer's block. HYSEE

Yeah, stress is a real inspiration killer. You kind of need to be able to mull ideas over without a bunch of other stuff pressing on your brain.

Sorry to hear that Sox. I hope life smooths out soon.

I can identify with that! I have a lot of stress with my job too and my mind is so filled with concerns, deadlines, annoyances that it's so difficult to turn off and think of something else. I find it really hard to be creative when I only have a few peaceful moments here and there in an otherwise very chaotic day.

I hope your stressful time at work improves soon.

Ditto here. What's annoying is when I finally GET a good idea, but then I can't get time to write it down, or if I am almost finished, but can't find the time to hammer out the details. I find I usually get a few large chunks of time every so often, and just HOPE I am inspired at that moment. I find it very relaxing to write MOST of the time....

Or when you think of something you're sure is brilliant and by the time you get to sit down you've forgotten it!

What usually happens to me is that I dream of something that makes sense totally, and then when I wake up, it is complete drivel.

I do the same. I have these dreams with involved and interesting stories but as soon as I wake up I either forget it all within seconds or it doesn't make sense any more.

Isn't that sad? That feeling of disillusionment?

To me, it's such a let down - like a feeling of loss, because I just KNOW it could be good if only I could sort it out in my mind.

For weeks now I've been wanting to add to the S&J LBL's but can't seem to come up with anything. It's frustrating!! @#$ I also see that one of them has been taken out. The one titled Running Away seems to be a S&J version of On The Run. I guess work, the holidays and my home life has really fried my brain.

I don't think any were taken out. Did one of the mods move one to the steamier section...? Which one seems to be missing?

I will take another look.

Don't stress about it, sox. If an idea comes, it comes. No one is going to judge you whether you write or not. I've noticed through some of the trivia on here, that you have alot of knowledge regarding TBW and TSMDM. I think that's great and there are plenty of threads here for you to share your knowledge about the shows or you could even start your own threads. You certainly won't have to bend my arm to talk S & J with you.

If two years ago anyone told me I'd be writing steamy LBL's on a fansite I would have told them they were completely insane. Honestly, I blush!
