'Hot date' sounds much more fun, though...

Indeed! But only if it was actually going to be a hot date - and not sitting there staring into a drink in a cheesy Las Vegas girlsgirlsgirls show.

It wasn't much of a hot date or a holiday. The worse thing was him spending 2 hours on the phone while she waited. She then suggested that they didn't need to see a show. I wonder what she had in mind on their overnighter to Vegas. They could have been tucked up in bed but no, they had to see the show and meet fembots. naer

Bad writers missed a lot of opportunities with this story.

It DID seem she was looking forward to it being more of a "hot date". She must be in love to be so patient with him :) I think it was holiday too - it sounds a little like hot date. At least they had a nice embrace at the end. The next scene shows her all cleaned up - now just how did THAT happen? 85htrs 85htrs 85htrs 85htrs

YOu're right about characters' personalities and traits. You need to maintain how they basically are in the episodes or you just can't believe it's them.
I think that it could be interesting to explore their opposite character. I think that you can do it , respecting the canon about their personnality.

You can begin the story close to the "canon" characters they have in the serie and then have them have odd behaviours due to special circumstances . For instance have a villain injected them with a drug which change personnality, or the change or personnality could be the result of a failed experiment, or intense pain (like for Jaime in SMDM episode "The bionic woman).
So you have sticked with the canon 4l 76re 3weazh , it's the story which had lead the character to these odd behaviours. fdsaijh jkeu5trs

I think it's a great idea. Canon is great but it's nice to be able to write differences and not offend anyone by changing their favorite character.

Go for it! c8654

Actually, I've already thought to this subject and written the beginning of a draft...but it's far to be achieved.
However, to have discuss this subjet in the thread has given me new ideas.
